I am using Kadence form block to add a contact form to this page *Login to see link

The form is nearly looking how I would like it, but I’m struggling with two issue.

1. I would like to change the button text from “Submit” to “Send” but I can’t see any options that allow me to do that?

2. The Google Captcha box is stuck to the left hand side of form in Desktop view and the right hand side when viewed on a mobile.

I had a look at the CSS using Firefox inspector – Adding a margin to this code moves it over a bit, but it doesn’t work when adding the code to custom CSS.

}

Also, if I increase the margin, the right hand side of box starts to disappear, so I guess I am on the wrong track to style the Captcha anyway.

Hi,

content max-width: 1290px (this is the width all common pages should be, although Home page is a little different)

I am setting a row layout block on Home page (where most rows should be 1920) as the following:

I am getting this message in debug mode:

Deprecated: wp_make_content_images_responsive is deprecated since version 5.5.0! Use wp_filter_content_tags() instead. in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4773

I have narrowed it down to when the following are activated:
– Ascend Premium theme (or child theme) – if I switch to TwentyTwenty (but keep plugins active) the error disappears
– Site Origin Page Builder (2.11.2)
– Site Origin Widgets Bundle (1.17.5) – if this is deactivated (with Ascend Premium active), the error disappears

No error if all other plugins are activated with Ascend.

Could you please have a look and see what might need adjusting?

When viewing products on an archive page, the default “add-to-cart” behaviour in Kadence is fired (or assisted) by ajax. Is there any way to switch this off or modify the behaviour some way?

I ask because I am using a code snippet which should force the add-to-cart button (on an archive page) to open the product page. I have used it on several sites when it is important for the viewer to see the details of the product before they add it to the cart. Sadly, the same snippet does not work with Kadence. With the snippet active, it is possible to hover over the add-to-cart button and see the product page URL in the status bar. However if you then click on the button the product is added to the cart!

I have experimented with standard Kadence woo archive templates and tried creating alternatives in Elementor. In each case, the ajax add-to-cart behavour always takes precendence over my snippet!

What can I do?

How many Single Product Templates can I create?
–I have two – *Login to see link
–Location of the Single Product Templates: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=kadence_woo_ele_templates

Hello, for a while now I’ve noticed that the Split Content blocks on a page will break – I’ll edit a page and on load see that the Split Content blocks have broken (see screenshot) and I have to use ‘Attempt Recovery’ to get them back.
It happens to all the Split Content blocks on a page at the same time.

Noticed today our home page isn’t displaying correctly. Pretty much nothing is showing. All that has happened over the last week is update plugins. But I’ve gone through them and can’t see what the issue is. Any suggestions?

Hello there,

since the new WP (5.5) and Kadence Block Update, it’s not possible to move blocks anymore. I can still move Blocks up and down within a Row Layout by clicking on the arrows. But before i was also possible to drag an existing block across the wohle page into antoher Row Layout Block. There was an extra Button on the tool-bar of each block for that. Now it’s gone. Is there still a way to move blocks? I tried to copy and paste blocks, or tried to save them as reusable blocks and paste them, but even this function is now a bit buggy and very uncomfortable and didnt work every time (it pastes the block at the bottom of the page and not within the current Row Layout Block).

I repaired the block, saved and then went back in, the block was still showing repaired without issue. So at least the user you sent me can save this without issue.

Just curious, two follow-up questions:

— Is there an easy way to set a certain size of cropping for the thumbnail? In my example page, if I wanted to set a crop parametr where it does not display the red top line or the bottom blue line in the thumbnails. I could possibly see doing that for these thumbnails (perhaps too much red and blue from a visual perspective).

— Is there a setting or code to put a thin-line colored border around each thumbnail?

Hi Chris,

No, I think I created my custom Sidebars from the Appearances>Widgets page, where there is an option to create a new Sidebar at the top. All of my sidebars were created this way. My two main sidebars are called “Blog Sidebar” and “Tours Sidebar”, but neither of these show up in the various places where one wants to select a theme sidebar. Instead only the following are listed “Primary, sidebar1, Footer 1, Footer 2, Footer 3, Footer 4.”

How to change this?
