I want the width to be much wider, including content and headers and footer parts matching. I tried changing and on the home page, the width moved to wider on content only but not headers and footers and the other pages are still the old.
How can I get the width to be wider across the board on all pages, etc.?

Hi Hannah,

Thanks for your reply. About my questions, I think that I may be able to figure out later through trials and errors. But, I still have some questions listed below.

1. Were the demo themes built by a combinations of multiple different page builders, plugins and codes?

2. I am just wondering will I be able to build a similar website using just one page builder and other plugins? I am currently deciding
which page builder to use to build a professional looking website with various features and functions.

3.Will all popular page builders’ ( Kadence recommended including Elementor, Kadence Blocks and Site origin) features be compatible with
all Kadence demo themes including the Ascend theme?

4. May I have some suggestions and guidance regarding to selecting the most compatible page builders with Kadence themes?

I understand that I will have to practice through trials and errors. Thank you.

Hi,

Is there a way to make the attribute titles column on the additional information tab wider? Ideally I would like the titles on the left to only be one row and not wrap. Is there an easy way to do this?

Hey Caitlin,
You can’t use a page template on the homepage as it will just be overridden by the homepage template. You can use a shortcode like this: [kt_contact_form label_name="Name:" label_email="Email:" label_subject="Subject:" label_message="Message:" label_submit="Send Message" email_to="Email to:" message_success="Thank you! Your message was sent successfully."]
Just paste that into your homepage content area or into a text widget within your home widget area.

You would need to set the post summary to Portrait. This can be set from Theme Options > Blog Options or overridden for each post from the post edit page(s).

I notice on my home page that I have 2 images in header.

The header that I specially made for the home page and that I inserted in “home page header”, and the header (similar but not the same) that I inserted in “default title options” .

To avoid weighing down the home page, I would like the header to show only the image made for the home page. How do I fix this?

Hi Hannah – I would like to include the portfolio (single portfolio) content in a blog post.
So for example this is a blog post https://amsketching.com/cruising-the-canal-du-midi-with-bella-mia/ – I have added a shortcode which adds the featured image and a link to the portfolio, but I would like to include the portfolio contents so there is no need to click to another page.

Oh sorry, you can turn off the theme breadcrumbs from Customize > Page Layout > Title Elements.
