Are you clearing your browser cache and site cache? I just tested that page on an iPhone and Galaxy without any issue.

I’m noticing some odd css, are you adding this:

@media (max-width: 768px) {
.products div.product .product_item {
    display: flex;
    flex-direction: column;
}
}

With that added it’s best to add this as well:

@media (max-width: 768px) {
.products div.product .product_item a.product_item_link {
    margin: 0 auto;
    float: none;
    width: 100%;
    padding: 0;
    text-align: center;
}
.products div.product .product_item img {
    margin: 0 auto !important;
}
}

Your shop and product category pages are not controlled by the theme, you are overriding the template with elementor so nothing set in the theme options or in the meta area would even output because you are controlling this from a different place. Does that make sense?

Hey,
I don’t have any plans to integrate pinnacle to be an AMP first theme. Our new theme Kadence can be used that way. However, I don’t suggest anyone run their site amp first. But that is more of a larger and different conversation.

My suggestion for an amp plugin is our own: https://www.kadencewp.com/product/kadence-amp/

If you choose to use the amp plugin you linked to then you have to use it in “Reader” template mode, which should come up as the default when you install it.

The reader mode basically disconnects the theme and runs a simple template to output amp content. You just need to note that no pagebuilder will transfer to amp and many blocks won’t have amp support so you have to monitor your amp content because it’s not great for your site to point to amp content but then not validate.

Yes, multiple times. I’ve deleted, reloaded plugins. I’ve done everything. This is what I’m seeing.

Add New Page > Use PageBuilder> Row> Widget> SiteOrigin Editor…no visual or text tabs

Any other suggestions?

Everything had been working fine up to yesterday, very odd behaviour.

I usually just restore a backup using the updraft backup plugin or do a roll-back from a week or so ago. That normally does the trick but not on this occasion. I have restored a few back ups and the problem still exists.

I even migrated an older backup to another hosting package with a clean WP install and the problem was still there.

If you edit the home page for example, you can see that the page content is all there on the back-end, but it simply does not show
when its live. Plus some other issues noted below.

1. The Kadence slider on the home page has suddenly stopped working.
2. Some of the home page content is not showing.
3. The image galleries are not working correctly.
4. The search box pop up isnt working.
5. Ascend image menu items not displaying correctly on certain pages i.e. *Login to see link

I will let you have the logins on a private follow up to this.

Hi,

Somehow my blog grid page is ‘not safe’ anymore. It doesn’t show the lock icon to show the page is safe. The whole site does, but only the blog grid page doesn’t anymore. How to fix this?

If you are only using Toolset Blocks you may not need to use Bootstrap. Bootstrap was used with the older Toolset Views. If you are using Toolset Views then you will need to load it. I got this information from here:

Search on the page for “Bootstrap” and you see Gavin ask if Bootstrap is redundant and Dario’s response.

Of course, you may want to use Bootstrap anyway. There is an option for Toolset to load Bootstrap column classes in the Toolset Settings General menu, if the theme doesn’t load it.

Hi,

I have a problem with a plugin. I am using the twentytwenty plugin for before and after images for years now.
But it isn’t working well anymore on my kadence theme.

Sometimes it shows well and the other time it shows a line. Especially when visiting a blogpost first it shows a line. When refreshing the page it shows the whole before after. It doesn’t happen everytime. Sometimes you have to leave the page and go back again to see the problem. Below screenshots. It’s in this link: *Login to see link

Hi Hannah,

I still have some problems with the sticky header on our new website (not live yet so no link). I used the suggested code in the header which works perfectly on the anchor links, but if I click on one of the tabs in the woocommerce shop, it also compensates, which creates a movement on the page when going from one tab to another … is there a way to solve this?

I so far haven’t been able to figure this out. Here is what I did:

1. I installed “Duplicate Post” plugin and duplicated the home page. With the copy I was able to edit without any issue.

2. I then published and set it as the font page verifying that you can still edit the page and control things.

3. I tried again and can’t access the previous home page and still can’t, I can’t find anything in the logs as you said. I don’t know why it’s not working.

So for now you can edit the clone and it’s working on your site. You can go ahead and unpublished the previous home and even remove it if you want since the new one is a direct copy. My only guess left is that something in the post data broken and was causing Gutenberg to break, so it’s possible if you opened in the classic editor you would be able to see what that is but that is only a guess?
