Hi Kirianne,
The biggest downside of running two page builder plugins is site speed. For that alone it may be worth choosing one and switching your pages over.

Hi,

I work on a single web page website and on portofolio i use Kadence Galleries plugin, because i need to filter the images. I have to issues and maybe yor advice will help me.

1. Can i make the ALL category filter to disappear from the filter categories?
2. I have build 4 categories in portofolio that represents 4 services. Can I add ID to each category in gallery, so when I click on the button SEE PORTOFOLIO on each service, to show me / go and load the specific category?

I hope i put this stuff clear, for you to understand.

Hi, just teaching myself Blocks and I just cannot find a way to add padding to individual columns. I.E if I start a 2 column block I just can’t see a way to add padding to one column not both

I mean if I wanted to create something like the sample in the image where only the right-hand column needs padding. I can see padding & margin options but no way to control them individually??

One other thing (which is just me being fussy lol) is it possible to create a link to a specific tab on a page? So say if I wanted a link to open “DIGITAL” on this page? *Login to see link

Further to this, I worked with Kadence Blocks on a new page and saved it as draft and when I opened it again, the page had reverted to the classic page editor. It seems to be the same for any page I have created with Kadence Blocks. Maybe the blog issue is linked to this?

Hi support. We’ve come across a strange issue with the Kadence Blocks accordion, which only seems to occur on a desktop Mac with Safari (Safari on iphone is fine).

I’ve put a bottom border on .kt-inside-inner-col on our portfolio pages, with an accordion block at the bottom of the content. When you click to open the accordion content, the border leaves artifacts to either side of the accordion content (see screen 1 below)

Then if you close the accordion, the border leaves ‘copies’ of itself behind (screen 2).

Any thoughts as to how to fix this?

Hi, I stumbled upon an issue that is bothering me: I would like to have excerpts displayed differently in various places, depending on the page my post grid is used. So I hooked into get_the_excerpt and thought that I could check for is_main_query(), thereby applying my filter.

I noticed that, no matter where I check for is_main_query, I always get “true” in return.

So my question ist: How can I find out that I am in a custom query (by your plugin) which is performed on page-id 15? What is the condition/query I’d have to run to find that out?

The answer can be technical, no problem with that.

Hi, here *Login to see link ine/tienda/77/ we are using ascend theme and this plugin *Login to see link to manage more than one vendor in the site…. actually the *Login to see link ine/tienda/77/ is a single page vendor….

the “problem” is that I set to display the category filter on top of the shop…. as you can see it here (the woocommerce real shop page) *Login to see link ine/tienda/ it is working … but not in the single vendor shop page…. so…. is there a way to insert a shortcode or somthing in it to have it working in that page too?

Also in the form clock settings as a greyed out option that says “auto respond email (PRO)” i belive i have the pro version and would like to use this feature, how do i unlock it?

Hi,

There is no drop down. I can see it for adding a new page but nothing for posts? The classic Gutenberg editor comes up.

I tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugin, not to avail.

Hi Hannah.
The maximum width of 456px is defined in the template (product-image.php), I attach a capture with the code.
I don’t use woocommerce extensions plugin.
I have disabled the plugins and it does not affect the image.
I also deleted the ches memory for refresh and no result.
We have also modified in- (theme options-Shop Settings-Product Image Sizes-Activate Appearance Report Product Image to Product Page
If it is stopped the image dimensions are set by woocommerce settings – Recommended width: for 468 pixels Single Image Product), when I change here the smaller image is made and the problem persists.

Page templates are not the same as meta options, the templates are loaded through the WordPress template system and are not registered through a custom meta field.

Can you explain what didn’t work with that plugin so I can better understand what you want and perhaps some other options? Most likely you need to override the templates within learn dash but if I can first get a better idea of what you want the end result to be that would help me with the best recommendation.

Not really. It’s pretty long, and we have many pages. Why doesn’t it work with the normal responsive rules – where blocks on the left are wrapped on top?

Hey,
Kadence Blocks accordions are not dynamic, (most Gutenberg blocks are not dynamic) meaning that they get saved into the database as static HTML and output as static HTML without extra queries to the database or filters that would change the HTML. In fact if the HTML changes outside of the editor it will throw an error.

So because of that, I don’t see how Kadence accordions would work for your use case, the titles are static HTML and the amount of accordions is also static. You could but a dynamic block inside an accordion because any block can be put inside and those would render through a PHP function when a page is being built but the title is part of the static content for the block.

Is that clear at all? I hope I’m making sense. Perhaps you can explain more what you are hoping for.

Hey,
Unfortunately, there is not a way to do that. As a workaround you could add a menu into the page content area of your pages, then use css to hide that on desktop but show on mobile, then visa versa with the sidebar. Would this work for you?

The homepage will pull from a page, and if no page is selected it push out a page not found. If you wanted that selected page to appear on your homepage you would just need to enable Page Content in the homepage layout manager from Theme Options > Home Layout.
