The sidebar setting for post page is from
Blog Options > Choose a Sidebar for your Category/Archive PagesCorrect?
No that is not correct, posts default to the primary sidebar, you would have to change it individually in each post to use a different one. Or use a filter in a child theme.
What is in your primary sidebar?

1. This css should remove the just after header slider from the homepage:
.home .ksp-slider-wrapper.kt_slider_single_slide.kt_slider_hide_controls.kad-slider-3.kt-ratio-slider.kad-slider-parallax { display: none; }2. The post/grid carousel block from Kadence Blocks allows you to add a three-column layout. You can also enable Latest Blog Posts from the Homepage Layout Manager in Theme Options > Home Layout.
Can you confirm that you have set featured images for each of your posts?Hannah

February 20, 2020 at 2:43 pm #245095Hey,
AMP uses: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/flush_rewrite_rules/
to flush your rewrite rules, necessary for amp pages to work. It doesn’t directly edit your htaccess although WordPress does. If you don’t have it set in WordPress how your htaccess rules should work any time you flush the rule (go to settings > permalinks and click save) it would break your setup.Ben

In forum: Ascend ThemeGood Morning,
Need some help tweaking slider location. I have tried everything I know to resolve, and in fact, might have made it worse. <cheesy grin>
Header has logo.
Want to place Kadence Pro slide beneath the logo.
Tried using SiteOrigin Pagebuilder to create the look I want, but now I am unable to delete that widget image.I want to see to these components from top to bottom in this order:
Topbar Navigation
Logo
Kadence Pro Slider

PamIn forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Animation lost after importing
Hey Dave,
I’m not sure why the animation effects wouldn’t be transferring with the import. When editing the blocks from the home edit page, when you edit a specific block you should see an animation tab in the right sidebar. Open that and you can choose your animation effects.
Hope that helps!Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeHello Support team,
1. Is it possible showing only few lines on product archive page and the loop? except on single product pages. let’s say it shows 4 lines of short description on shop page and loop and shows more when you click ‘read more’. there’s an example I want to limit line on this page bottom. which is ‘Ashford’ promotion.
2. Another thing is hiding featured product image from all my pages which are shop pages, category pages, product pages. I’m gonna show brand image with ‘Perfect woocommerce brands’ this way I don’t have to attach featured image all the time.
Thanks

Thank you, I got it to work with this shortcode: [carousel type=”testimonial” columns=1 fullwidth=standard speed=9000 limit_content=false cat=full name of testimonial-group items=30].
But the lines don’t break properly and the styling is really basic and hard to customize.
Therefore I continue to use the plugin “widget on pages” and can style the testimonial carousel in the widget area in a few clicks.
I will switch to Kadence Testimonial block once I have the nerve to import more than 60 testimonials, though 🙂
Best,

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Product Price Placement
Hello!
Wondering if you can help figure out why the product price in WooCommerce is all the way to the right of the page:“Your Price: $8.58”
It wasn’t like this before. It should be: “Your Price: $8.58”
Thanks!
debIn forum: Virtue ThemeMy client wanted custom content above the page content on the homepage. The only way I could figure to do it was with the Home Widget Area. I can’t seem to target the area to adjust the font and line height. (Specifically, I need to set a different line height for mobile because it is currently wonky.)
What CSS do I need to target the Home Widget Area?
Thanks!

Are you wanting your video to show across all your pages? Try adding your shortcode into the “Add shortcode here for output just after the header” tab in Theme Options > Main Settings. Does that work for you?
For your blog posts, when using the Kadence Post Grid/Carousel block, in the Post Grid/Carousel settings in the right sidebar open the Image Settings tab and make sure “Show Image” is enabled.Hannah

February 19, 2020 at 10:23 am #245040Hmm, this is a bug, I’ll fix it’s pulling the max per page from your settings > reading. But I can add a fix for this.
