When I try to view your page with the form on it I just get directed to a message that says “Thank you for subscribing to our newsletter!…” Have you cleared your cache? Sorry if I’m asking obvious questions.

Hi,
I have added carousels on the home page, http://www.zealevince.com. On the mobile view, one product is displayed at a time in the carousels. I want 2 products to be seen at a time. Can you help me around with it?
Yes I did several times. I also renamed the page.
Hi, my site is rdhdentalcare.com, trying to customize the tabs on the page *Login to see link
I want to change the size of the fonts for the tabs, the colour of the active tab and font, etc…

Yeah, but it’s still a mystery why the confirmation page don’t work. The URL is correct but the page won’t show properly.
Ok, here’s the link to the confirmation page. https://triffidanddanger.se/bekraftelse/
You can try to submit yourself, I’ll remove your email address from the subscription list. I promise 🙂

Hi Dorcas,
Yes! You can enable from Theme Options > Home Page Header > Choose home page header settings.
Hope that helps!
Hannah
What is the url of your browser when it says the page does not exist?

Hi,
I wanted to do a simple form for subscribers to a newsletter. I copied the code from Get Response Dashboard and pasted it on a page.
Unfortunately the Subscribe-button is too far down on the page. How do I place it higher up?
Another strange thing is that when I submit, you should end up at a confirmation page on the site. But it says the page you are looking for do not exist.
WP Version 5.2.3
Version: 1.8.8 With Child Theme
Yes, I get all the way to the checkout page.
In terms of the discussion, certainly, if you have edited your wp-config file that could create all kinds of issues. You shouldn’t edit that file unless you know what you are doing. I don’t suspect you are. And you can see the core WooCommerce developers all suggesting this is a caching issue.

Hey, In your theme options > home layout enable “page content” and move all the other modules to disabled.
Ben
I want to set another wordpress page as my home page. Suppose I have created a page XYZ to be my homepage and then I assign it as the homepage in the wordpress settings, the Virtue Home page layout overrides all of the content of XYZ. I dont want that to happen. Is there anyway I can disable the Home layout of Virtue theme altogether.
Are you able to add-to-cart an item and go through the proceed-to-checkout pages, and beyond, on your mobile phone without it reverting to “your cart is currently empty”?
Hey John,
If you to go theme options > Home Slider you will find the options for the home page title area, you can also turn off that whole area there.
For your second question, can you post a link so I can see what you have in your settings and what space you are seeing.

I have been through the settings several times, and I can’t seem to find it.
Wordpress 5.2.3
I can’t get the “Welcome to” out of the title. I got the rest of it out by going into settings and removing the name and the slug for the blog. But this has been a 3 hour search so for to find and I have just given up.
A couple of other questions, where do I set the room between the “header” and the page. The spacing is off and would like to tighten up the content.
Hi Ben, I have an update for this issue which has still not been fixed.
This morning, I deactivated all of the plugins with the exception of woocommerce again, but this time I also switched the theme from Virtue Premium to the Twenty Seventeen theme. Then, I began activating each plugin and testing it on my iPhone add-to-cart with each theme activation one by one. All plugins were not conflicting with the add-to-cart process except for the “Enhanced E-commerce for Woocommerce store” plugin. Whenever I activated this plugin, the issue would reappear while inside the Twenty Seventeen theme. So, I thought that I had found the problem and was happy for a minute… But then, when I switched back to the Virtue Premium theme, the add-to-cart issue returned even with the “Enhanced E-commerce for Woocommerce store” plugin deactivated. So, this looks like a theme issue…
This is a link to the plugin’s homepage: https://www.tatvic.com/tatvic-labs/woocommerce-extension/
Thanks,
Gary
Hey Marko,
We have Page Builder by SiteOrigin running on a lot of our demo sites without issue. I wonder if it is another plugin conflicting with it. Did you try deactivating your other plugins? Can you post a link?
Hannah
Hello Ben,
Please, verify why the italian translation is not added in your Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Page Builder Toolkit and Kadence Blocks Pro I had to add it again manually to each website.
If you don’t have it anymore or do you lost the files you can download from here and here2
Let me know about.
Thanks a lot
Angelo
