Hi,
I have 2 questions. How do I get rid of the 2 lines from the middle of my Home page? It does not look right there and there. Also there are 3 pictures on bottom of home page but I cannot figure out why the first picture will not line up with the other 2, frustrating.

Thanks Ben!

See how they are all justified to the top, but the image lengths are all different. I think it makes the page look sloppy and unprofessional and am trying to get all of the images to appear the same size.

Can someone please help me?

I am using the Virtue-Premium theme on a WordPress site. No matter what I try, I cannot get the images to appear as the same size on my blop home page visible at *Login to see link

My images are all sized the same when I upload them as the “Featured Image” on individual blog posts, but still, they appear as different sizes on the blog homepage.

I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it or not (in fact, it doesn’t seem to), but on the Theme Options, I have the “Display Blog Grid posts at equal height” toggled on.

Can someone please help me?

Hello Hannah,

Thanks for your answer – a couple of pages corrected to the larger size – the shopping cart information is too small, I don’t know how to correct this. Is there another place I have overlooked at increasing the size on the top bar?

Hi Michael,
From Appearance > Menus if you open the Screen Options tab on the top right of the page you can select Staff Group from the dropdown and it will show as an option to add to your menus in the left sidebar.

Looks like this is set correctly for your homepage, but not for all other pages. Have you gone into your edit pages and set the correct link options in the page builder settings?

1. Sorry, I’m not sure what you’re referencing. Try adding this to your custom css:

.page-id-17 .alignleft {
    float: none;
}

Does that do what you’re after?

2. I’m seeing your background white. What stripes do you mean?

Hi Diane,
The homepage for the demo style one is all configured from Theme Options > Home Layout. If you want to make your homepage a static page you can do this from Settings > Reading. This post may be helpful: https://www.kadencewp.com/creating-a-home-page-with-virtue/

Hi,

I’m trying to learn Gutenberg. I’ve installed the latest version of wordpress on my computer (local). I installed the latest Virtue premium and the Kandence blocks and blocks pro, slider and importer. I’ve loaded the demo content for Virtue Site 1. When I view the home page I can see the content. When I try to edit the page in the block editor, I only see the page name – Home and no other content. It does this for all pages in the Demo content. I must be missing some step?

Hi,

I am having an issue with the icon list and the colours for the table layout when on stripes.

The site I am working on has the latest virtue theme and all the Blocks plugins are updated as well

Icon List:
1. For some reason the text alignment icons are not showing i.e. where to show the icon in the line of text – top, middle or bottom?
2. If I set the icon list to be center width (so no text floats to the side of the column) then the text is center aligned and I would like it left.

Tables with striped setting.
1. The background in the backend is white but when I look at the front of the website it is a grey so the lines are not as distinguished.
2. Again for some reason the colour selection is not showing – what colour the stripes should be? I have had those appear before?

Finally, is there anyway we can use Blocks in the Widgets area?? I am finding that I have to install Page Builder to create modals in the sidebars. This then confuses the pages sometimes when a new page is created it will be created as a page builder rather than the blocks. I would rather not have page builder installed at all now that I have the hang of the blocks I am loving them!

Hey Marcel,
In your edit pages you can set this under Page title and subtitle. Then you can set your default page title background from Theme Options > Page Title.

I’m having trouble figuring out how to place the banner I want to appear in some pages of the Pinnacle them. The banner is not showing in many pages.

For example take a look at these pages, none of them are displaying the header banner. I tried in personalization. Editing the post and setting the banner link.

For some reasons, the sidebar on my site has disappeared. I’ve checked the theme options, page settings, to make sure the sidebar was well set and then I’ve even checked my widget area and everything seemed alright.

When using the default Astra Pro product page, Extras takes the wheel no trouble. But not for Theme Builder pages.

I have a multi-site set up using Virtue Premium. I have also activated Site Origin widgets. The multi-site exists so that each location for the business can have its own site. I would like to display a blog carousel at the bottom of each of the location home pages. However, neither the virtue carousel or the site origin carousel will allow me to pull the blog from the main site – only the location-site. I have been using RSS feed to copy blogs from the main site to the location sites, but I am concerned that the duplicate content may be hurting optimization. Is there a way to force the individual location sites (i.e. onerestore.com/ocala/) to pull from the main blog (onerestore.com/blog)?
