August 12, 2019 at 4:33 pm #233098Hey,
In pagebuilder in your top row you have added a 320px top padding, remove that and you will remove the top padding from that page.hover over the row and click edit row.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: How Do I Get Page Builder Back
August 12, 2019 at 4:32 pm #233097Hey,
Can you make sure you have page builder installed and active by going to plugins in your admin? It doesn’t appear you do. If you uninstall pagebuilder then all your pages built with pagebuilder will not work.Ben

August 12, 2019 at 3:15 pm #233085Hello Hannah,
It is still a draft but yes – the Visibility: Public Edit
(don’t know if you will be able to see it as it’s not published)?
Sorry, I don’t have enough knowledge…I’ve made a print screen of the edit post page where you will see visibility is Public.
In forum: Virtue ThemeWhen I use to create pages and poste, I use to have Page Builder, and I liked that. Somewhere, when I think I was updating the theme, I lost Page Builder and I now have the Gutenberg Editor (which I don’t like). A couple of days ago I installed a Plugin called “Classic Editor” when I was writing a post because I was having problems with the Gutenberg Editor, and I was able to finish the post. Today, I noticed a problem with my home page. Three pictures that ran horizontally with three short paragraphs under each picture (I created these using Page Builder), these three pictures now ran diagonally down my page (see attached photos). I also see problems on other pages.
I know I need to learn the Gutenberg Editor, but that is another problem. How do I get the old Page Builder editing page back?

August 12, 2019 at 1:51 pm #233068Because it was set as your “posts” page in settings reading it’s important to match the setting for posts per page with the setting in your page.
I updated and it’s working.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: centered text shifting to left within editor widget
August 12, 2019 at 11:09 am #233049It looks like that is being added in your pagebuilder row widget settings, in the edit settings you can apply css right in the pagebuilder interface.

thank you,
In forum: Virtue ThemeFixed!
On Settings/Reading the Posts page had been changed to another one, this happens in all sites and probably after the WordPress update to version 5.0
Set it back to the Blog-full page and problem solved. It was a problem not related to Virtue theme at all, it was a WordPress small misconfiguration.
Thank you and my apologies for any inconvenience

Hey,
Is that the only page you’re getting that message? Have you tried re-creating the page?
You can find a full list of woocommmerce shortcodes here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
Hope that helps!Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Sidebar showing on product category page
I’m encountering the same issue since the latest update on two different sites. I’ve confirmed I have this setting:
“Display the sidebar on Product Category Pages?” set to “Full Layout”. Just to be sure I’ve also cleared the setting “Choose a Sidebar for your Product Category Pages”. I can’t confirm if this occurs on the main page since I’m using a static page for that. For now I’ve deleted everything in the Primary Sidebar widget so it only shows whitespace:
https://www.turbokeychains.com/product-category/keychains/Both sites are vanilla WordPress(5.2.2) installs + Virtue Premium(Version: 4.9.12) + Woocommerce(3.6.5).
Thanks.
In forum: Ascend ThemeI’d like to hide the dots and arrows on my Ascend Gallery (*Login to see link Is there any easy way to do this?
