It’s worth noting that this is generally a really bad idea for your users. And not something that any of our themes would have options for. Logos help the user provide a grounding for how to interpret the rest of your site. If you remove it or change it only for one page that creates unnecessary confusion.

No theme can do that like you wanted in that topic.

any theme can have a custom landing page where you create all unique content from the top of the page down. But just wanting to change out the logo is not something I would recommend.

Basic things are to make sure you understand this is designed to function differently from Virtue. If you are having trouble with something we can help but the best thing is to get familiar with the settings in ascend learn how those things like the page header works.

Just to be clear if you want the menu style of virtue why are you wanting to use ascend?

Hey,
Thanks for posting,

In your theme options > main settings, you can turn on a sticky header. I don’t suggest much taller then what we have here, you don’t want your header to cover so much of the page that it is annoying to your readers.

The website is http://www.biancajenson.com it does not do it on the home page.
But take a look from the menu Lady Wiser ever single category below plus on blog post like 5 Tips For Plump Lips,
What is happening is that the contact moves when you swipe left or right.

You can update the css to apply to the body background and not the content background. like this:

.page.page-id-371 {
    background: url("https://heartwood.43designs.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/steve_at_work.jpg");

}

    background:transparent;
}

Let me know if that is what you are going for,

Worth noting that if you want to do this in pagebuilder you can set one row to contain your background and then nest layout blocks within that one row which can hold all the rest of your content.

From what I can see it appears you have Elementors lightbox running along with woocommerce lightbox. Neither of the current lightboxes I see on your page is from the theme.

I suggest turning off elementors.

I would like to show a list of recent podcast episodes. It currently shows just the name of the episode, along with date, author, and tags. *Login to see link I have it set up as a blog page and am using a filter to show just blog posts tagged as ‘podcast’. If there is a better way to have separate blog and podcast list pages, I would like to learn how.

I am looking to have the podcast player appear for each episode in the list. For each individual post, I am doing that with an iframe and the player code from Libsyn. *Login to see link

If possible, I would like the list page to look more like the podcast list page on the home page of this site: *Login to see link

I would also like to able to show just the most recent episode with its player on the home page. I have a block using category posts but again it just shows the episode name and icon but not the player.

Both Pinnacle and Ascend have functions for this, but unfortunately, Virtue does not. You could do this with some page specific css. Are you wanting a different header for all your pages, or just a few?
