I am using the Ascend theme with the Kadence AMP plugin. I am getting malformed AMP pages that are displaying an html nav menu at the bottom of the page.
These pages are erroring in Google Search console. The AMP menu is set to main menu. Have deactivated numerous plugins but they don’t seem to be the cause.

Hi there. Our team has been having some issues lately with the featured image not showing up when trying to post a blog article externally on say Facebook or LinkedIn.

We use the All-In-One SEO pack which adds a widget to the bottom of all pages/posts and in there you can add an image for social. That’s fine doing that when we’re posting a blog but it’s super inconvenient to have to go back through all the websites we’ve built and add the featured image through the widget for every single page.

Have you run into this issue before or have any suggestions on how to get the featured image to pull through like it used to? Maybe a setting or a plugin?

Hello,

How exactly are you adding the video shortcode? You should be able to control the width with page builder. One method that may work would be to add it to a 3 column row, with the outer rows acting as spacers around the video.

Would that work for you?

Sorry, forgot to mention I’m seeing it in Chrome and Firefox.

I just tried it in IE and I was able to replicate the other way it was showing up:

Hi Kevin,

I couldn’t replicate the gallery issue just now, but I did get the front page issue after a few attempts.

The front page issue took a little longer to replicate, so maybe it’s resolving itself? I removed Jetpack and a couple other plugins this morning, so if it’s related to plugins requiring heavy resources maybe that could be it?

Hi guys,

First off, thank you so much for making awesome themes- I’ve been using Virtue and Pinnacle for years and your support has always been excellent.

I’ve been having a couple issues with the front page and with some of my galleries (Virtue theme) and I was hoping you could take a look. It seems to have started around the end of February (I think when my host GoDaddy switched the site to WordPress 5.1, although I’m not sure if that is related or not).

When I visit the front page (*Login to see link it always shows the logo and menu items, but it doesn’t always show the kadence slider and/or homepage widget content below it. Sometimes it might load the slider but no content below, other times it just shows white space below the logo and menu. The weird thing is when you reload the page it usually loads perfectly. It works fine on mobile, this just impacts desktop (I tested in Chrome and Firefox on multiple computers).

Another (related?) issue shows up on posts with a gallery at the bottom (example: *Login to see link I don’t use a plugin gallery, it’s just set to default grid, but sometimes it loads disconnected with white spaces in between the images. A quick reload of the post usually activates/fixes the grid alignment, but I’m not sure if anyone will do that.

I thought it was a cache issue (I cleared multiple times) or a plugin issue (I removed inactive plugins and removed heavy ones like jetpack) but nothing has fixed it. GoDaddy said it would be related to the theme, so I was wondering if this was something you might be able to help with.

‘Product Archive Template’ option which according to your documentation (*Login to see link should appear in the ‘edit product category’ and enable the user to assign a custom template to a given product category – is not appearing in the edit product category pages.

That works for the archive pages, but do you know what class to use for product carousels? When I try with .kt-content-carousel, it reduces the width to 50% but only shows one product at a time. XD

I mean I want to be able to edit the “My Account” page, change the page’s layout, etc. Does Kadence have a plugin? or I have to use a plugin from other developer? Any recommendation?

As it stands it sort of works… I find that if I hit enter or submit on the search filter and the Price Filter it will reload the page with the query. If I don’t it will populate the page with the query but the items aren’t visible. They’re there and you can click on them but they don’t display visually. Another issue is if I click a category or tag filter it does the no visual display but since there isn’t a way to hit enter or submit the only way to show is to manual reload the page.

Near as I can tell this is the theme or possibly the Woo Template’s plugin from you guys not updating the page? The WooComerce Person has only suggested on option which doesn’t seem to do anything accept update the URL which allows for the manual reload.

On the first link, those are built in site origin page builder using the “Ascend Icon Flip Box” widget. You can add that to any page using page builder.

The second site is set up using X theme widgets to get a similar effect.

You should be able to do this by switching the page template to “landing.”
