Hi,

I have the demo movie in the Kadence Slider and it works just fine on PC-browsers. But on Mac (Safari & Chrome) it seems to be a short delay before it starts. Is this a known bug or is there anything wrong with my installation?

I see the issue with the php notice, I’ll get an update out for that, it wouldn’t have any effect though, certainly not on the front end of the site that whole section of code only loads in the admin settings page.

Haven’t been able to recreate a missing header, looks like amp is off for your site currently.

Which pages are you having issues with in mobile? I just took a quick look through your site on my iphone 6s and it seems to be loading fine.

In your post edit page you can write a custom excerpt for your posts. I would recommend doing that and making the excerpt whatever you like.

Thanks but trust that I want to change “portfolio” by “type of portfolio/category portfolio”:

Now the following route appears:
domain.com/portfolio/slug of the web page
(example: algo.com/portfolio/corporation-facilities)

I would like to convert it to:
domain.com/type of portfolio / slug of the web page
(example: algo.com/facilities/corporation-facilities)

And I would also like to know if it is possible to delete the slug “portfolio” and show only the slug of the web page

On this page the two latest events now do not load completely when you clock on them. Looks like the slider in the header and the sidebar stops loading.

Hello,

I want to add custom sidebars and have done so in Misc. They show up in Widgets and I pick them on the page I want them to show up for, but somehow, it’s only the primary sidebar that show, no matter which sidebar I choose from the drop down menu.

Hello,

I am having a problem in the Posts area of my dashboard which seems to be a theme issue.

Though I prefer the classic editor for creating posts, the posts section directs to the block editor, but the display of both editors has suddenly changed and I’m no longer able to create posts using either editor.

When using the block editor, the toolbar for formatting, uploading images, etc has disappeared, so I cannot properly create blocks or format the post in any way. When I try to preview the post or publish it, that link directs to a broken one on my homepage.

When using the classic editor (my preferred method to create a post), the interface has suddenly changed visually, not displaying the toolboxes to format the post, and the entire sidebar with buttons to preview/publish the post has also disappeared. No method to post at all.

I thought this could be a browser issue but I tried it on multiple devices and using multiple browsers with the same issue.

After some searching I can’t seem to find any similar cases of this occurring.

I have tried to reduce the size of most of the images on the site (originals were often above 5000 pixels wide, I’ve reduced to 1800 or even 1200 where possible), and I am using a plugin that is supposed to help improve site load time – however, the site is still loading quite slowly, especially on mobile.

In fact, several mobile pages will not load at all, and the mobile menu only seems to work when I am on the home page.

I have speed tested my internet on both my laptop and my browser and it’s not a bandwidth issue.

I am also checking with my website host to see if I just need to increase my hosting package. But I am also wondering if you can take a quick look at the site and let me know if there is something obvious that is causing the site to load so slowly.

I am especially concerned about the mobile menu not working.

I am setting up a WooCommerce shop on our Virtue themed site. Right now on the checkout page with the BACS direct payment method the bank details sections doesn’t flow correctly. I assumed, that each section heading for any new bank would be aligned to left and be on a separate line. Currently the second bank heading floats to the right illogically.

I have also added a screenshot, where I indicate where I expect the heading to actually be. The specific test order should be accessible here.
