Hello,

I’ve used a pre-built row format block to create the icon link columns on the bottom of my home page. I can’t seem to get that content to be “contained” within the width of the page limits like the rest of the page; no matter what I try. My page is set to “contain.”

I tried creating my own block using row within a column format using the instructions found on your post @ WordPress.org (linked below). It just wasn’t working out because of the different title formats.

1-Is there anyway to contain the width of my pre-built row/block?
2-Just curious if there is an update on this issue.

Hi, I’ve run into a mix of reCaptcha issues in the past couple weeks, beginning with my Contact Form 7 plugin not working because it now requires reCaptcha V3 keys, not V2 keys, but the updated plugin apparently has a bug with V3 keys (or did a month ago).

So I switched form plugins to WPForms, which I was able to get to work with the V3 reCaptcha keys, but that (possibly?) caused issues with the Kadence reCaptcha plugin, which had been set up earlier using the V2 keys to protect the wordpress admin login form. When I updated the Kadence plugin with the V3 keys, that caused reCaptcha to fail, so I could no longer log in at all. After rolling that back, I deactivated my Forms plugin and reactivated the Kadence reCaptcha with V2 keys, so my admin login page is protected and working again, but I have no contact forms solution.

Has anyone else updated to V3 reCaptcha keys with the Kadence reCaptcha plugin and had it break? I’m only able to get it to work with the V2 keys.

I’m unable to view the linked pages without a login. If you wish, you can share a login in a private reply and I can view your admin to make sure that there is nothing preventing you from properly editing content.

Hey Marco,
If you’re using Kadence Blocks plugin (which we highly recommend) we actually have an icon block that allows to add a fully customized icon anywhere on your page.
You can also insert an icon shortcode into any text block. You’ll see the icon shortcode in the shortcodes list I sent you above.

A quick query. The setting for the Widget Dock cookie to prevent it repeating doesn’t actually say what time units are used. I’m guessing it is days but it could as easily be minutes! There’s nothing in the documentation as far as I can find out.

Can you confirm the time units used – and perhaps add it as a label after the input box on the Widget Dock Options settings page at the next update?

Great widget, especially since I found the CSS in this forum to add a bottom margin!

I was thinking of using a cheaper hosting plan from my reseller account with an I/O limit of 2MB/s however that’s struggled somewhat for other woocommerce sites built on Pinnacle, which I’ve used only for testing. (4MB/s seems okay for my production sites.. I realise plugins are also a factor)

I noticed you say on your theme summary page for Ascend..
Completely customizable header including a very stylish vertical menu and a stunning transparent header that changes as you scroll. Amazingly versatile, built for performance.

Does that mean it performs better than Pinnacle from a speed or I/O point of view?

Hey kevin, I tried what you provided to me in your reply and could not find the demo content and images to edit. After clicking edit page or trying from theme option nothing to edit. After importing the demo content, am I not suppose to be presented with demo content to edit. Will you be able to do a webex video conference with me? Or could I reach you via phone for a brief phone call? This back and fort posting on the forum is not helping. The following links is what I get when I click on edit page for the pages. Since doing the WordPress update, the titles that normally display in each entry have disappeared. You CAN see the titles when you click on an individual preacher’s hyperlink, like with this page: *Login to see link

I’m aware that this may be something to do with the plugin (and I’ve submitted a ticket with them) but I could use your help to rule out any theme custom CSS that could be interfering with Sermon Manager.

No but you can use a plugin to add a widget area into a page through a shortcode. Something like : https://wordpress.org/plugins/widgets-on-pages/

I’m having trouble sharing links to my website on facebook, the wrong image appears. I have tried using the ‘facebook sharing debugger for developers’ ( *Login to see link ) and that tell me that I need to explicitly profide the og:image property on the page I am trying to share. What does this mean and how do I provide this information? I haven’t posted for a while and in the past the featured image of the posts would generally appear on the link when i shared the url on facebook.

First of all a big thank you for your excellent plugins and themes!

Same observation with the “WooCommerce SiteOrigin Builder” plugin. The navigation arrows between products in the same category are missing from the product page.

We look forward to seeing this improvement in a future update 😉

Here’s some CSS that will only target the info boxes on that page:

    padding-bottom: 10px;
}

I tried using Page Builder, set to 3 columns and “none” as per a support post, but that only made my images giant and put all the text / bullets underneath.

So I have left the title and description blank in the info box and added a Page Builder row to include a Visual Editor section under the icon. This looks fine on a desktop, but when viewed in a mobile device, this separates the icons from the descriptions.
