Hey,
So sorry to hear this. I’m sure that was frustrating. Before using the importer you should have seen a notice with the following message:
NOTICE
*Using this importer will override all your theme options settings.
*This importer is designed for new/empty sites with no content.
*If you want to reset your site after testing out the demo content you can use this plugin:WordPress Reset
Was this not the case for you?
As for your SEO, are you using an SEO plugin such as Yoast? Have you gone through your pages to ensure your keywords and phrases have remained the same?Hannah
In forum: Virtue Themehi! so i have always used virtue but i though that maby the ascend theme would be great for an ecoomenrce. so i really love one of their demos and i sai whay not lets give it a try. so right after instlling the demo i received a BIG WARNING that demos is only fot new starting pages and not for working pages. YES the warning was RIGHT AFTER. so no point making that warning after the damage was made.
so immediatly i came back to my virtue but all my entire page inner links pages was changed i had to fix evrey single thing. so finaly my sotre was working fine still i have some wierd posts on a blog i dodnt made but i didt bother to delete them theyre are just there but no one can reach them…..
BUT….and the big BUT after this happend suddenly my seo ranking started falling down my page was number 12 in keyword search and every single day it gets worst and worst…now i am 28.
so i worder what else did broke down in my site? can someone help me take a look i dont know how to fix this big damage

You should only have one h1 tag on the page. It’s up to you to enable it. You can either add the page title or manually add an H1 tag somewhere on the page. You should not try to make all your products in a loop have an h1 tag that would be really bad for SEO.

Hello,
You can enable the h1 page title by going to Theme Options> home Layout, and placing the Page Title in the active column.
Does that work for you?

Ho i was doing a seo ranking check. and i fouund out htere are no H1 in my page? how is that?
all titles in prodcut pages are H5 how do i change that? where is the name of my page or how the hell google find my page?

It’s kind of up to you. If you wanted to a transparent header on your homepage you can try enabling the kadence slider from Theme Options > Home Slider, then adding this to your custom css box:

Hello,
Try going to Appearance> Menus and open the screen options at the top of the page.
Make sure that the “Description” box is ticked, and you should see the option to add or remove the subtext of your menu items.

3&4. This css would remove the page header from your shop page:
.archive.woocommerce-page .page-header .page-header-inner { display: none; }This would change your breadcrumb background and text:
.archive.woocommerce-page .titleclass { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,.1); } #kadbreadcrumbs a { border-bottom: 2px solid #777; color: #777; } #kadbreadcrumbs { color: #777; }You can paste those into your custom css box in Theme Options > Custom CSS.
5. You can use css like this:
.quantity:before { content: "Quantity:"; }6. You can change the text from Theme Options > Language Settings. The icon can be changed with css. Do you know which icon you want to change it to? You can see a full list of icons here: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/ascend-premium/icons/

Some time ago I’ve activeted a SSL certificate on my webpage gooko.pl. My host provider assures me the certificate is installed corectly (I’ve updated the WP settingd including .htaccess modified). So almost all my pages are displayed with a green padlog except for a blog section 🙁 I’ve deleted all picures that I thought could couse a mix content issue, but it didn’t help.

In the end I decided to re-make the webpage on the live site. So all issues solved.
Just two small details:1) on the home page you will see a banner on top of the footer (https://www.fabriziophotos.com/). It looks good and there is not space between the banner and the footer. However, the same on a different page shows a white space (https://www.fabriziophotos.com/ons-professionele-fotografie/). Would you know why and how to remove it?
2) for whatever reason one link looks a bit odd http://www.fabriziophotos.com/zwangerschapsfotografie%e2%80%8e-breda/. Any clues why?

I inserted this html into advanced settings in Theme Options, with the following result: http://www.johngrahamtours.com/
I want the background of the topnav to be a strip of the sky in the parallax image on the homepage. When people first arrive on the homepage, however, it shouldn’t be a separate strip of sky behind the topnav, it should just be the main homepage image. When users scroll down, the parallax image disappears under the topnav, leaving only a background strip which is the sky. This is important as the topnav menu text is white, we need a dark background image to see that text.

Idea about incompatibility was because for WPML is mentioned that plugin is tested with Virtue Premium 4.3.1, but now Virtue has v.4.8.8. After I installed needed plugins for WPML, in admin page there was error messages in separate (unfortunately I didn’t copy them at that moment), there was even moved admin sidebar menu. At next day when I loged in again, there was lost all errors and for now all looks good. I guess it’s sounds strange, but it was as I described – I guess problem was somewhere else and rather I did something wrong 🙂

let me understand because I’m not so intelligent.I need to install the one bundled with the theme and also the other with the membership?
EDIT: I downloaded and added the basic one from the wp repository. Please, add a link or explain it in your Plugin Theme page of Getting Started because you will make a confusion and besides it can create a crash in some systems.
