Hey guys,
I am currently using Portfolio items as the “features” section for our product. I like that there is a pre-built carousel for the home page, a pre-built portfolio page, and I like the sort by category and left right arrows on each portfolio item. That part is good.The issue is that my “features” pages have much more text than images (they aren’t really portfolios), and I am trying to create a standard portfolio page layout using PageBuilder, but the standard Portfolio templates are getting in the way — even though they are basically blank.
Also, I would like the breadcrumbs to be site/features/feature1, not site/portfolio/feature.
What would be easier?
1. Work out how to lay out my portfolio pages the way I want, working around the portfolio settings (if that is even possible). And fix breadcrumbs.
2. Convert my “features” portfolio postings (there are 10 of them) into standard pages, and then re-work how to add the things I like about portfolios (the home page carousel with opaque rollover, portfolio page layout, sort by type on the portfolio page, navigation arrows on each post, etc.)
Option one seems easier, if I can re-work the basic portfolio post layout. But I don’t know.

Hi, if you take a look from a MOBILE of this page *Login to see link you can see the title is correctly displayed … with breadcrumb and title ok…
but if you go here, always from MOBILE, *Login to see link you can see that, because of the short title the title container shows too height…
is there a way to have it dynamically sized?

AngeloIn forum: Ascend ThemeHi, in this page *Login to see link you can see the product gallery images positioned on the left of the main image… and if you resize the browser to a “mobile” view you’ll see the galley images move on the bottom… can we have the gallery positioned on the bottom since as default? we are using woo templates plugin to create a new single product page.

Hey all,
I am trying to change the Font sizing and spacing on the Brizy WordPress menu block and it has stopped me from doing so when the Virtue theme is active. When I use another theme non-Kadence I can make it happen. Is there a setting in the Kadence theme options that I have to change?
When it comes to the full width yes I missed setting the page settings….. ooops

Hi Kadence,
I’m actually trying to create a static homepage for my client while I make edits to the rest of the website behind it. So for now, I just want to get the logo centered on the home page without a mobile menu. But the logo looks off-center due to the “invisible” mobile menu that I have not set. I’ved looked through other threads in the forums but none of the css that I’ve tried seem to work for mine. It either adjusts the entire page and not just the logo. Hope you can help! Hi Sarah,
I hope I’m following you correctly… Navigate to Theme Options > Advanced Styling and set your background image as the Main Content Background. Then scroll down and set the Header Background Style to Full and then set the background to transparent. Then navigate to theme Options > Page Title and set the background to transparent.

I’m not sure what you mean about the menu, are you trying to change the font in the theme options? Or what menu is this for?
As for the fullwidth are you setting the content to full width in the page settings? This is different than setting the template to fullwidth(no sidebar).

The issue is your server is blocking google bot from your styles. See here: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?id=u_lOBrdzvlBTu37wzicQuw
Notice how the screen shot is not your site and is not styled, this is because your server is blocking all the scripts from loading if you click on “view details” it shows that hte page is partially loaded and that 48 resources couldn’t be loaded.
In the end, your issue is not a real issue, you can ignore it or work with your host to determine what is blocking the google bot from accessing your scripts.

You can’t show a list for desktop and a grid for mobile Unless you want to remove the toggle buttons on mobile. Is that ok with you?Please post a link directly to the page you are referencing

Also be sure that you’re leaving the latest posts page blank. The theme is designed to just use the blog template, rather than the assignment there.

That’s it ! I’ve put “last post” in the settings>Reading and that’s why homepage is not the same.

You should see a new version in your account page.

Be sure that you’ve assigned the correct page as home in Settings> Reading. If you have the wrong one then the page will display totally differently.

I’ve already try this but at the adress http://roadbook-video.com there not a specific page I can put in the menu !!
That’s why I thought that “Home” will display the page, but it’s a complete different page.
The one display at http://roadbook-video.com is the one I’ve configure in the “homepage” options but just can’t link to it.Please just have a look on :

Hey,
You can do this by going to Appearance> Menus, and then add the page to your menu. You can also remove the old page if needed in the same place.
