I notice that you’re using an older version of page builder. Any reason you haven’t updated? I suggest getting everything on your site upgraded to the latest version testing anything else.

Would you check the mobile side of the secondary menu? I think it is there but blended like on the desktop was. I changed the font color and desktop secondary menu fonts are now seen. But the mobile side isn’t. There is a grey bar but can’t see menu there. And it’s not sticky with primary menu.

I want the secondary to be seen for both logged out and logged in. The restrictions on pages are set, so on secondary menu pages there should be a “restrict” note and login fields on the mobile. It works on desktop. Don’t know what I am doing wrong.

Here are where I have menus located currently:
Primary Navigation = top menu
Secondary Navigation = resident menu
Mobile Navigation = mobile menu
Topbar Navigation = top menu
Footer Navigation = none
Primary Navigation (Logged In) = top menu
Secondary Navigation (Logged In) = Resident menu
Mobile Navigation (Logged In) = none
Topbar Navigation (Logged In) = Residents menu
Footer Navigation (Logged In) = none

Hello,

I was almost done with the revision of my homepage, even bi-lingual and have recognized that somehow I might have crashed my entire format options. Although the pages are being set up correctly in the site origin builder, when clicking on review or even in live, format looks horrible. Can you please let me know if and how previous settings (around 6 pm of today) can be revised?

Yes, that’s correct. Unless you were familiar with html and wanted to clone your pages that way.

yes i cleared the cache. Using wp super cache and refreshin page with shift + f5.

What resolution are you using?
What browser?
What laptop screen sizes do you use?

I test it on screen 15,6 inches laptop. And i have 1920 x 1080 full screen HD.

Currently the page numbers are below these site UI functions and my concern is that readers won’t be able to find/see the numbers and not finish reading the post… Do you think the solution will require installing a child theme?

Hi,

I’ve noticed that I can’t add private nor cliente notes on the orders since last update. I also don’t have to possibility to edit products, because the menu isn’t responding accordingly. I can click the links and button, but there’s no loading activity. I was told this would likely be a theme problem.

Ok when i click add to cart it goes straight to the shopping cart and no product is added. I want it to go straight to the product page instead. Is there a way to fix this

However, no matter which style I choose, the gallery looks the same. Furthermore, there is no Lightbox.

Thanks Ben – this is what was causing the issue. After the folder was deleted on the server Page Builder was successfully reinstalled and worked as advertised. Interestingly, several gremlins that were showing up on the site and causing a huge headache disappeared as soon as Page Builder was reinstalled again. I’ve not clue how Page Builder disappeared in the first place, but now that it’s back all is well.

Hi, I’m trying to use Gutenberg with Virtue Premium on a couple of different sites, and mostly it’s working fine (thank you!). I do notice one weird glitch that I think might be theme related vs. a Gutenberg bug. When I caption a photo using the image block in Gutenberg it looks fine on the back end, but when I look at the page on the front end, the words in the caption are all stacked on top of each other vertically. I can send screenshots if needed. Thanks! Julie

I am trying to add a text url link to another page. Page is currently published. The field that usually showed up with classic editor when click link icon causes the text to have a wp_link_placeholder link inserted. And the editor page actually shakes until I move the cursor to something else in the content. There doesn’t seem to any way to paste the correct link into a dropdown field. What is going on? Any ideas?

I’m not sure what you are wanting so I am confused. You can set a size for when columns “break” down for mobile in the page builder settings on your site.
