For the background, try this CSS in Theme Options> Custom CSS:
.page-id-7825 div#content-wrap { background: url(https://tramunquiero.eu/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/weihnachtsseite-christmas.jpg); }I’m still working on the logo, for some reason it’s not as straightforward.

Sorry, when you say one “site,” do you mean “page?” If you want to only effect that page, then add the images to your media, then link to them here. I can write you some CSS to customize the logo and background if you can provide the images.

so the client contacted me to say that the categories suddenly stopped working (the menus link to category pages). I couldn’t work out what the issue was so I started to update the plugins.
I updated wordpress, then started with the plugins. Woocommerce broke the site.
Can you suggest anything? I’ve restored a backup for now but concerned that any updates I make will break it again.

Hi Ben, thanks for the code. About using the excerpt on the single portfolio page, it’s the solution I first chose to achieve the layout I need:
1- the title,
2- few customs fields for portfolio details (created with ACF),
3- a short introduction (the manual excerpt),
4- an image slider with thumbnails (I use the Portfolio Image Gallery),
5- and optionally, more text here (the content).I will send an single portfolio page example privately.
The excerpt that appears on portfolio grid page correspond to the introduction (the manual excerpt), or a part of it. By default there is no max length for the manual excerpt and I would need one on the portfolio grid page.
I could set a gallery with the default shortcode (http://themes.kadencethemes.com/ascend-premium/gallery-examples/) or the Kadence Gallery plugin (http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-bold/kadence-galleries-plugin/) but the Image slider with thumbnails isn’t available though this shortcodes, right?
What alternative would you suggest to avoid using the excerpt on the single portfolio page?

Hi,
I have an issue where I would like to make all the thumbnails for my product images the same size as the different sizes spoil my page layout.
I thought I could achieve this by using the menu in this image but it does not seem to do anything as far as I can tell.
Please could you tell me how to do this?

No adding a slider there can’t be done with css, you can set a background image but not define a slider.Your only option for that would be to create a child theme, then run some functions to unhook the page header for the archive and hook in a slider.

Thanks Ben. Will test it out and see what happens. And will send to Site Origin. They did reply and said latest Gutenberg change caused a break but there is a fix in the works for the widget bundle.
PS Site Origin did recommend not to use their Page Builder or Bundle until Guten 5.0 was launched. I understand Nov 17 is the launch date.

Closer to the footer of the home page, there is a ghostly button, when I hoover over the blank space, the button appears. I have spent hours trying to de-construct the entire home page code by code to see where is this coming from, but still couldn’t find why this weired button is there.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for adding a page break to the image menu item. Would it work for you to add your description as the title, then the learn more as the description text? You could use css to reposition them as you’re wanting.Hannah
