A woocommerce shop page will either show products or categories. You can set this in your woocommerce settings.

If you want a page that doesn’t show either do not make it your woocommerce shop page. Create your own custom page and link to that.

You can turn off a sidebar for your archive pages in your theme options > shop archive settings.

Created two category links in menu under Shop page.

Click on each menu item displays the corresponding products.

Problem – products still appear on Shop page.

Also, products are displayed off centered on category pages as if there are sidebars.

I’ve setup this one page site with anchor tags. I enabled smooth scrolling but doesn’t seem to apply for anchor tags. Is there anyway to get smooth scrolling for those links rather than have it jump directly to that section?

I have two categories defined. Boot Belt and Key Fob. When I go to Apperance – Menu – Categories – View All or Search I do not see the two categories I created. I have created products that use those categories.

Hello. I have my forms embedded in many pages using the shortcut [embed]. I use virtue premium/bold.

A recent bug/conflict is causing the forms not to send. Visitors are able to fill out the form, but once they hit the “send” button, the form gets stuck and their messages is never sent.

I already ruled out a problem within the form code/script, because on my other websites using the free virtue theme, the form sends normally.

Please look into this!

Hello,

Can you please post a link so that I can see how the pages are setup? You may be able to do this with the theme options, but depending on how the plugin works this may require some custom CSS.

I am using multi vendor plugin and want to disable Page Sidebar Options and Product Sidebar Options for vendors. Vendors can not edit or see it when they add new product.

Hi Kevin,

First I created the PERU MAPS category and it was correctly shown in the category page list but not shown in the widget list. So
I cleared the Chrome cache but no changes happened. Then I created the second category MAPS – PERU with another slug. Once more it’s correctly shown in the Category list but not in the widget category list.
So I wrote you.
I have made no variations to children theme at all and Pinnacle it’s updated to latest version 2.2.8

You can do this with page builder by adding rows and making them full-width stretched. See this page for a page builder guide:

All I get now is internal server error on the front page. I was getting fatal error maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in imagick.php. I added code to the config file to allow 300 sec to load and it solved that problem… however I was still intermittently getting the 500 error code. Now thats all I get.
I also noticed an issue with uploading images… I get an HTTP error. That’s all it says and it won’t load the image. I need to go in and have it regenerate thumbnails for it to come up.

All of this is since I updated to 4.8

I really need to get this working. I changed back to the free version of virtue and the site works, so its obviously something going on with the premium version.
I also tried uploading the old version 4.79 and it fails….
Is there a previous version I can get access to? My site looks horrible with the free version.

Please help. My site is totally down.

On the page admin there is a checkbox or pull down for choosing whether to show or hide page title or set to default. Im going to check the setting you mentioned at least to fix the home page. Thank you!

the page title for your front page is set in Theme Options> Home Layout.

As for the others, what setting are you using to hide them? Can you post a link?
