    In the home slider menu, there’s an option called “page title” where you can keep an image as the home page slider. I’ve switched the slider to 300 completely but it doesn’t cover the entire area, especially on a big screen.

    Is there any way to make this full page and keep it that way irrespective of the screen size?

    Hey,
    In WordPress the “default” template is not the same as assigning a template. It looks at the slug of the page to see if some template should be applied. Since your slug is “contact” it’s assuming you want the contact template and assigning it. You just need to choose a template.

    In your case it sounds like you want the sidebar template.

    Hey Jessica,
    You can add a testimonial form to any page by opening the Virtue Shortcodes tab in the visual editor and selecting the Testimonial Form shortcode. Then, you can add testimonials that people submit to the Testimonials tab in your WP admin panel. Testimonials work like portfolio posts. You can create a new page and select the testimonial grid page template to add your testimonials onto that page.
    Hope that makes sense! Let me know if you need further clarification.

    No, it is specific to that column. Do you want it to effect other pages?

    Hello Team Kadence!

    I am having a really odd issue with a particular page. I have a contact page that is not using the built-in form (right now it’s just a blank page with the default template) but for some reason, the main content is taking on mobile breakpoint @ 992px, and pushing the sidebar below. I can switch to any other template and it behaves as expected. But not the default template.

    When looking at the CSS, the page that is named contact shows the class col-md-12 but every other page has the class .col-lg-9. I’m not sure why.

    The really odd thing is … if I rename the page (update the url to something else), it works as expected and the class is changed to .col-lg-9. All my other pages are currently the default template and those work as expected as well. Page options and settings are the same on each page currently as well. Only this one page acts differently.

    I have tried reinstalling the theme, deleting the page and recreating the page, deactivating all plugins (just in case).

    I tested it on other sites running Virtue and have the same issue (only on default templates with the url as /contact/). Any ideas?

    Try changing the css to this:

    @media (min-width: 768px) {
    div#pgc-294-1-1 {
        padding: 10px;
        position: fixed;
        right: 20px;
        top: 200px;
    }
    }

    You can adjust where it sits on the page by adjust the right and top numbers in the css.

    Hello,

    The plugin has yet to be released. Good eye finding the page for it though! I believe it should be done before the end of next week, but Ben should be able to confirm that when he’s available.

    It’s shaping up to be pretty cool! so definitely keep an eye out for it.

    Hello again,

    I apologize if there is something obvious that I am overlooking – but I think I have done everything you suggested:

    –> Added the Custom CSS from Hannah
    –> Made sure each row’s bottom margin is set to 0
    –> Set global page builder settings to have a 0 bottom margin

    and I am not seeing the corners meet up yet.

    Any ideas what to try next?

    Thank you!

    I think you would have to create both types of products individually. Then on one page, you would add either the product output shortcode from woocommerce or just the add to cart buttons also though a shortcode from woocommerce where you could individually select a product ID different from the current product you are on.

    Hi,
    My site coyotekarts.com has lost formatting on the homepage and select other pages. Many of the pages appear OK but the homepage and Staff page have lost formatting when I’m not logged into the WP dashboard. When I log into the dashboard, all appears to be fine. When I log out, the formatting on the homepage is lost. Is there any idea you may have as to the cause of this? Everything has been fine until today.

    Thank you
    Keith

    Your CDN is trying to load old files from an older version of hte plugin, you need to upload the new page builder files and load those.

    Hi Frank,
    When you go into your home edit page, click to edit the Ascend: Tabs & Accordions widget. Next, click to edit the individual visual editor widget, then open the Design tab under Widget Styles. There you can set a border color (or remove the border) for the individual menu block.
    Hope that’s helpful!

    Hello,

    Could you please help me with this issue?

    I updated the theme to the latest version and than updated Pagebuilder from Site Origin to the latest version & noticed that my menu categories on my homepage ( below the revolution slider ) are not stretching the full length of the page like before.

    I have the following code that was given to me a long time back; which I’m guessing could be related to the issue :

    @media
    (max-width: 780px){
    #pl-48 .panel-grid .siteorigin-panels-stretch {
    margin-bottom: 0 !important;
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 780px){
    #pg-48-0 {
    margin-top: 1px;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 780px){
    #pl-48 .panel-grid .siteorigin-panels-stretch {
    margin-bottom: 0 !important;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 992px){
    #pl-48 .panel-grid-cell {
    width: 50%;
    float: left;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 992px){
    #pl-48 .panel-grid-cell {
    width: 50%;
    float: left;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 767px) {
    #pg-48-1 .panel-grid-cell {
    float: left !important;
    width: 50% !important;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 767px){
    #pg-48-1.panel-has-style > .panel-row-style {
    display: block !important;
    }
    }

    Thanking you in anticipation.
    Kind Regards

    Hello, after the latest update, I can no longer go to the Customize menu in the appearance menu. I only get a blank grey page when I click “Customize”.

    Hi, is there any way to hide the red message out of stock on product archive page and also on the product page.

    Or at least option to change the color.

    Many thanks!

    Hi team

    I want this content always on top

    Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
