Hi there can someone please help? We have Virtue Premium and After Word Press did the automatic update for our page now our page is just a white screen with the following:

We added a form to this page, but there should be a blue border and different a slightly different layout. The developer of the form says that there may be a conflict with the theme or some other plugin. Can you help me fix this? *Login to see link

Hi Ben, thanks for getting back to me. Hhhmm, OK I’ve just changed the grid width (I’m not totally sure what this is – the working visual area I’m guessing) and the text etc was off centre. So I then centred the text areas and they look fine on grid display. However, when I then view the home page where this slider is shown, the text is still off centre.
Am I doing something stupid as this is properly buggin me now 😀 😀

Hey,
I suggest you wait until you are further along and have your site more cleaned up. It looks as though you imported demo content and are working from there. Which means you had pages imported into your site that are now removed. The crawler is likely picking up a link to this page and now it doesn’t exist. So once you get your site done there won’t be any old links to the page and the crawler will then not try to access it.

Hi Kevin, thanks for this. I actually only want the boxes to be affected on this page :D. Because the next 4 Info Boxes I add are going to be within a different row, I’ll just want them to be the same size as each other (hope that makes sense) as they’ll be larger than the info boxes on this row.
Would giving the info boxes a css id (in the attribute area of the widget) make it easier to control? So the ones in this could be something like home-links-small and the ones in the next row be home-links-big. Then change the css to reflect this?

The CSS that I gave you will effect only the info boxes that are within that certain page builder row. I made it a bit more specific so that you can control the boxes above in the row with the 911 in the background separately.

If you cant the CSS to effect all info boxes on the site, remove the page builder ID and add the CSS like this:

.kad-info-box {
    min-height: 265px !important;
}

Hi Kevin, thanks for your help and that’s got them the same size. I’m getting my head around CSS but this confuses me little (it’s not difficult :D). So if I add 4 more info boxes to this page (and adjust the height in the CSS accordingly), then they’ll all be the same size? Also, If I add info boxes on different pages, will these be affected by this CSS?

Hey,
From Appearance > Menus open the Screen Options tab on the top right of the page and make sure Product Categories is enabled from the list. Also, ensure that you have assigned products to these categories.

Hi guys, I have a row with 4 Ascend Info Boxes with various amounts of text. This causes them to have different heights on the page which looks a bit pants. I have made them the same height by adding the <br> tag but this seems a terrible solution to me. I have also tried the Equal Column Heights plugin but it doesn’t appear to be working with these info boxes (yet it does with some further up the page!!)

If you can’t open the permalinks page it’s possible you have a plugin breaking it. It’s also possible your servers php settings are not set correctly and you’re running out of resources.

First, check by disabling your plugins.

Then try going to tools > system status and looking at your php version, max memory and max execution time.

They told me to check my permalinks, but when I go into the wordpress dashboard and go to settings > permalinks it loads and turns into a blank white page. Is there any way to get in there to open this?

How do I remove all the share icons on every post on my homepage (they clutter up the space),
and the 5 cog type symbols below the posts (homepage)?

I deleted shop pages that came with the theme and I assume that is the reason for my half empty Home page.,
Can that be the reason for the lost password page?
(I’ve now also disable the WooCommerce plugin as I don’t need it now).

In the footer there is so many social icons, I dont even know what they all represent.
Can you please direct me to remove them as well as the latest projects in footer (part of theme page).

You need to create a custom 404 page in your Pages. Then it will show in the dropdown list. Does that make sense?
