In reply to: Info Box – can I add a hover colour?
May 16, 2018 at 10:49 am #190230That css was specific to one column, row and widget in page builder. If you changed the columns or moved widgets then the ID would have to change.
Currently, it would still work, please add in your custom css box in your theme options then hover over “get involved”

In forum: Ascend ThemeHello Kadence team,
Please forgive another support request for a similar topic previously raised, but I’m having trouble with the alignment of my Woocommerce quantity selections and buttons on different types of product page. I’ve spent hours trying to find a css solution to save having to ask you!
A while back, Ben very kindly provided a css workaround for centering this area of the product page, as follows:
table.variations {
margin: 0 auto 25px;
}
.woocommerce-variation-add-to-cart {
display: block;
margin: 0 auto;
max-width: 200px;
}
.single_variation_wrap {
text-align: center;
}The problem arises when I only use a single, large product image with no extra gallery images. When the variation is selected, the quantity selection jumps above the button and out of alignment, as can be seen here: *Login to see link
Other types of product page – both with and without variations – which include extra gallery images behave fine (due to Ben’s code), examples of these are as follows:
*Login to see link
*Login to see linkWhat I’m trying to achieve is an equal spacing between the quantity selection and the button for each product scenario – whether it has a single product image or additional gallery image thumbnails. At the moment, each product type (from the three links above) produce different results.
I hope that all makes sense …and thank you in advance for any guidance you can offer!
Andrew.

Hey,
You need to download page builder for those options. See here:
https://www.kadencewp.com/using-page-builder/You can also download the plugin from appearance> getting started> recommended plugins.
Hopefully that clears things up!

That did the trick with the little dots, thanks much.
I’m looking at the site with both Chrome and Firefox and see a substantial black border to the right of the instrument images with both. Puzzling. I could send you a screen capture if you like and could certainly give you access to the site.
I’m cheating big time with the Testimonial Carousel widget. The only thing in each Testimonial is an image, no text, no title. It displays a random image each time a page loads, but with a thick border around it and what looks like a little thumbnail tab at the top. I’d like to get rid of everything and just display the image that’s in the Testimonial.
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Testimonials Section?
I’m trying to figure something out, but feel like I’m banging my head into a wall.
I have two sites on my host that are using the Virtual Premium theme. One of them has Testimonials listed in the left column under pages. The other does not.
I looked through the plug-ins to see if there was a plug-in I installed, but it doesn’t look like it. I don’t see any applicable plug-in that would result in one including a Testimonials section, but not the other.
Is there an activation for Testimonials in Virtual Premium that is affecting this?
The reason I’m asking is that I want to include it on the other site, but just can’t figure out what is differing.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,

Hi Saskia,
One option would be to use page builder. Either through your home widget area, or into your home static page. If using the widget area, you can add the Layout Builder widget then create a row that is set to full width stretched. Set a background image for the row, then add a blank text widget to the row. Then you can also add top and bottom padding. Would that work for you?Hannah

Hi Hannah,
I forgot all abou tthis and gave up hope!! Haha!
I have slipped it back in into my home page…
What is does:
1) The Slider Revolution has reduced from “full-width stretched”
2) 6x “Virtue: Image Menu Item” have disappeard
3) There is a “loading Wheel” spinning behind the latest travel deals and discounts images which should be a portfolio carousel.
4) Search doesn’t workI will leave it for the next 12 hours… hopefully you get the chance to have a look.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: ISO Filter for Image Links?
Hi Guys,
Just pick your brains about ISO Filtering…
I use it with my portfolio on Virtue Premium…
Is it at all possible to filter PAGES?
I want clients to be able to navigate to different Portfolio Grid PAGES from a landing page with an ISO style filter….AND onto the Portfolio Grid Page which contains the Portfolio posts in a ISO Filter format.
Hope that makes sense… Thanks… John 🙂
In forum: Ascend ThemeI’ve found some answers for this regarding Virtue, but none of them seem to work for Ascend. I’ve placed an Ascend Gallery with a 1 column slider in my header extra widgets area on THIS SITE. I’d like to remove the arrows and remove the padding so the images are snug up against the right hand border and the secondary menu. I’d like to remove any top padding as well.
A second question; rather than using a slideshow I considered having a random image of these 5 display each time a page is loaded. Is there something built into Ascend to do this, or would I need a plugin? I tried using the Testimonial Carousel but that put a huge frame around each picture. Perhaps if I could suppress that frame?
Thanks as always for any help you can provide!
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Problem with display of related products
No I tried playing with that, and that does nothing, even when I shrink page to 25% it does not help, what is weird is that I can see that 3rd product appear in the column, but then it disapears, I did an Inspect in Google and I see some lines of code crossed out for this section of the page, here is a screenshot
Notice the lines Webkit Transition Property, Moz Transition Property and Webkit Duration in Virtue CSS all are crossed out, while other lines are not

I will check extensions though not sure what would do that
So on your Chrome you see 3 columns each with 3 products going down the home page I sent you? Because I only see 2 columns, and 2 products in each row, the third product in columns appears and then disappears.

I dont see any extensions that would alter how a page looks
YOU ARE RIGHT, I JUST CHECKED BROWSERLING TESTER AND THEIR CHROME DISPLAYS THE SITE CORRECTLY – HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON?

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Two issues with the Portfolio post bottom carousel
May 15, 2018 at 2:15 pm #190147Here are a few pages showing the portfolio carousel in reverse alphabetical order:
https://khpatent.pairsite.com/areas-of-expertise/composite-materials/
https://khpatent.pairsite.com/areas-of-expertise/computer-software-hardware/I’m not sure I follow your solution to the second problem. Say I have a portfolio post with categories A and B, another with categories B and C, and a third with categories C and D. I want the related posts carousel at the bottom of each post to show all the other posts that are in any of the same categories. Are you saying I will need to make a parent category for every possible combination of multiple categories? That seems like a lot of work, and, using the example above, Category B would need to go under Parent Category AB and Parent Category BC, which I don’t think is possible. Can you please clarify?
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Problem with display of related products
Hi Ben,
I think at some point that CSS was added to fix a problem with the display of product columns on the home page, and you were right, once I removed that CSS line the Related Products is fixed and working
Another issue – On the home Page and other multi Product pages, like Shop and Category Pages, there are supposed to be 3 columns of products showing, but ONLY IN CHROME only 2 are showing and there is a small white space for the third column, again you can see the 3rd column of products appear and then disappear, (in Firefox the page displays correctly) can you can check that
There was this custom CSS
body.home .products .kad_product:nth-child(3n+1) {
clear: left;
}I removed it to test but the Home page issue still persists
