Hi,
I’d like to add a google verification meta tag into my site’s home page. It should go in the <head> section, before the first <body> section
Is this correct as below?
Sometimes when i go to our website some page looks wrong(not the way we set it up) see for example screenshot: *Login to see link
When i pust refresh the page will look good again see screenshot *Login to see link
This occures very often and with different pages, can someone explain why ?
This may not be a fair question to ask of you folks, but I’m spoiled by the great answers and solutions you folks give me.
I installed the WordPress Vertical Image Slider plugin from i13 Web Solution. Simple and works great, but all of my images sport a white border or padding or margin. The only reason I’m thinking I may be able to fix this from within Virtue, is that I saw the same issue when I installed a couple other sliders.
Here’s the site in question.
I will completely understand if you can’t assist or even spend time with this one, but I thought it couldn’t hurt to ask. Thanks!
Hi guys,
Quick question, I built my site at http://www.shoottheplanet.net and I recently won the bid for http://www.shoottheplanet.com
Without having to transfer my entire site and break hundreds of links, I decided to add site forwarding to the newly acquired .com URL.
The big issue is that is when I type in the .com address on my phone, the mobile site fails to load and I get a squashed version of the desktop site.
When I use the tablet, I also get a compressed version of the desktop with a mobile menu interface. Essentially, the mobile sites only work when I type .net into the URL.
Is there any kind if a fix for this?
“Thanks”

Hello!
I’ve noticed that all pictures in my portfolio pages (image grid- two columns) are suddenly displayed in funny size ratio. *Login to see link Can anyone help me figure out where did it come from? It stays the same no matter if I choose 3 or four columns. I tried turning on and off the “Turn off height crop for single portfolio image” command in portfolio options but the problem persists. I recently updated the site. Help!
Hey,
The site name shouldn’t effect whether or not the map displays. Have you tried clearing your cache? Are you using the latest version of the theme? https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/
Hannah
Hey Christopher.
Are you wanting the entire site to be re-modified or do you want to create separate pages for your team? Are you wanting this specific area to be password protected? You can style certain pages differently using css and page id’s. You can use a menu like this to select certain menu items for specific pages- https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-specific-menu-items/
Sorry, I’m not entirely sure what you’re after. More details would be awesome. If you could link to an example that’s even better!
Hannah
Alexei, please post in your own topic and not in one marked as resolved it will be overlooked.
Please post a link to your site.

Hello Ben,
After I updated my websites (www.juju.lt and http://www.jujushop.lt) to woocommerce 2.6 and theme version to 3.7.3 (I think from version 7.5.6) product grid started to load in bad way. I can reproduce it only on first load (when browser and wordpress caches are cleared). After second load (cached version) the grid is OK. I see that the problem in near the footer, and when I scroll to it other products starting to load and they are good. Only that place where was on the footer looks like product are one on another.
Both websites uses different servers and different cash plugins. Tried on different browsers. Didn’t see any problems on browser console.
Tried to search for this issue on this forum but didn’t find any topic, so I think I only one who faced that problem (if there some topic that I missed you can just give me a link to it). Tried to figure out where is the problem by myself but no success. I have a lot of custom CSS added to theme, also many plugins. So maybe you can help to figure out where is the problem.
If you need login to website I can send it to you.

Thank you.
I don’t believe that you can change the image per page with the sitewide call to action. You can, however, use page builder to make as many call to actions as you’d like on your page.
You do this by going to the page builder tab of your page edit screen, creating a row, and going into the Edit Row area.
Under Edit Row, find the Layout tab, and set Row Layout to be Fullwidth. in that same area, you’ll want to add some top and bottom padding, probably at least 40px.
Then under the design tab, you’ll set the image that you want.
Exit the row editor, then go to ADD WIDGET, and add a Call to Action there. Setup your text and link in the Call to Action, and you’re set.
Let me know if this works for you.
We would like to use the Sitewide Footer Call to Action to insert our sponsors. Because it has the ability to be on all pages and distinguish itself from the footer
Is it possible to insert individual sponsor images, each with their own link to the sponsors page?

I have a work team which need to have content different than the public area of the website. So as not to confuse the work team, I’d like to change the style a bit (different menus, etc). Is it possible to create a microsite inside a larger WordPress site using Pinnacle Premium. I’m most interested in removing the header and footer, but replacing it with a custom microsite header with links specific to theme would be the cherry on top.
Unfortunately, I barely know how to ask the question so my searched for ideas to accomplish this are failing to produce fruit. I don’t know where to start much less what the best practices might be.
Thanks in advance…
Hi Ben,
I need to increase the sidebar width across the whole site: *Login to see link to fit in a 300 px banner.
Can you please help?
Kind regards,
Monika
Cindy, It’s really best to post in your own topic in the future thanks!
Can you send me a link to this site and temp login? Can you confirm you are using the latest version of the theme?
Ben
No posts would “disappear”.
There urls would change where but all the links to it on your site would also change.
It wouldn’t effect a shortcode.
Ben
Hey,
Go to apperance > customizer > site identity.
Ben
Hey Ian.
Can you please start a new thread and provide a link to your site? This topic has already been marked as resolved and can easily be overlooked.

The menu items at the top drop down and scatter across the page when you resize the page.
Is there anyway to make the menu to go to mobile menu sooner when the page starts to resize instead of the items moving to different places.
I know I may not be explaining this correctly but if you go to our page and then shrink your browser you will see what I am referring to.
site: *Login to see link
When resizing the browser the menu adjusts properly to a certain point then they “collapse” before the switching to mobile size.
I hope this makes sense.
Sorry, I’m still not seeing that. Can you send a screenshot? You can use a site like this- http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/
