Foremost, thanks for the continuous support!

I have a few questions regarding my site: Rawlewdindecent.com

1) I am having issues with a few pages on my site. It seems as though anytime I update a plugin or change something my menu pages are disrupted, especially one page in particular (*Login to see link After the update when I click on the menu option the page shows up completely blank but if you hover over the page the pointer will indicate there is a clickable link. When you click on it the blog post shows up fine. I am having this issue with menu pages:

2) The blog posts themselves are off centered. Is there a way I can center them?

3) Yesterday you guys helped me with changing the content background color of the pages and post so one is black and the other is white. I somehow figured out how to change the font to show lighter on the page/post excerpt boxes but now I am having an issue with the font color under the comments section. Is there any way we could change the font color specifically for the comments only? *Login to see link

One more question. I have used the gallery widget primarily to put the images in a nice grid. Upon clicking the images I don’t need them to open in a lightbox, but rather have them link to the website corresponding to the logo. I guess I should not use use the gallery widget for this? Maybe it’s better to use pagebuilder to create the grid and use simple image widgets instead?

Please Help! I did not backup the site for some time and alot of content has been added since!

Since the previous update of the Pinnacle theme, all my Pinnacle image galleries that I have set Show Captions TO “FALSE” are showing the captions at the front of the image thumbnails.

? I’m confused you would like there to be space? Your css though isn’t something that would add space?

Hey,

1. Your issue is that your adding a fullwidth stretched to a page that has a sidebar. Page builder can’t do that just make sure to use the “fullwidth” page template. see here: http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/fullwidth-page-template/

2. Because you are using a shrinking header the widget area isn’t an option for you. You would need to add an iamge with both your logo and site title that way it could properly shrink as well.

3. You can also use this css which will bring your items closer together:

.kad-header-style-three #nav-main ul.sf-menu>li>a {
    padding: 0 10px;
}

If you have access to your admin just update to 3.6.8
Else you can send a login to your site. That would be a user name and password, and you can use “Set as private reply” to make it private.

There is no active link associated with the shopping cart in my topbar menu. I mean when you click on, it does not take you to view the cart.

Can you please let me know if there is anything wrong with my setting or how to add a link.

Hi,

1. I’m not very familiar with siteorigin Hero. It looks like there’s weird code being added from that plugin that is causing this, but I can’t figure out what. The theme developer should have more insight.
If you’re just trying to add a featured image you can use the feature template. See here- http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/templates/feature/

2. You could use the header widget area to add a visual editor widget with large text that appears as a title. You can enable the header widget area from Theme Options > Main Settings and add the widget from Appearance > Widgets. Then you would probably have to reposition with some css. I can help you with that if you’d like.

3. Try adding this to your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings:

Does that create enough space?

Maarten, Took a look, and ran some tests nothing is leaving your server. I’ve checked the raw logs on Kadencethemes and there is nothing from your site hitting the server. Have you contacted your host to ask and make sure they are not blocking this?

Love the theme. Just trying to fix a few bugs. I’m kind of a rookie so I hope these aren’t dumb questions.

1) I’m using the Siteorigin Hero widget to create some feature images on a few of my pages. Sometimes the images, and even the text will move to the left rather than staying center and stretched. I’ve checked the layout to ensure the image is “full-stretched”. I was using a wider monitor when I noticed the images had slid over? Would monitor size have anything to do with it? Any idea why this is happening?

2) I want to have the logo at the top of the home page next to the title. But the theme will only let me do one or the other (title or logo). Is there anyway to put a thumbnail of the logo next to the homepage title? Link is below.

3) Is there anyway to increase the width of the primary navigation bar? I want to put in additional menu items, but when I do, the theme stacks the additional items below the existing menu items and it doesn’t look great.

Nice feature and it works okay but not what I am looking for. I would rather a full search Box under the header like that site has. I am not sure visitors would take any notice of that icon and use the feature.
