I’m not sure I understand what you mean? If your not getting instant updates that could mean you have a caching plugin installed. Which I would not recommend while developing the site.

I suggest using a plugin such as Yoast Seo to get your site optimized for social sharing.

Would it work to temporarily set my site to the Virtue Free theme (I still have that one installed from before I purchased the premium version) while I manually delete and reinstall the newest version of the Virtue Premium theme? Or would that somehow mess up the installation of the premium theme?

I started translating the website as you can see (www.chillbag.me), and the Products on sale carousel is gone.

I installed the Polylang, and I also have a woocommerce plugin,

I need to translate the products also to be able seeing the carousel on my homepage ? If so.. How can I do that ?

Hi there,

I don’t seem to be able to add a Back Side image to the Icon Flip Box widget when using it in Page Builder?

I can add a Front Side image just fine, however for the flipped side I am only able to select a solid colour, icon and text – not an image as on the Virtue Premium Demo.

Am I using the wrong widget? This is not for a eCommerce site. I just want to flip one image for another with no text or descriptions.

It’s possible you have some file permissions issues on your site as well. I would check with your host for that.

Pagebuilder works with tons of SSL sites… it’s a widely used plugin I don’t think you have an issue with that plugin.

1. Where has your server increased the max memory limit? I’m not seeing a cahnge in your wp memory limit.
2. Have you asked your host to look in the error logs? What shows up when you activate pagebuilder.

That totally depends on who is going to be managing the site. And how the synchronies plugin works. WPML has it’s own learning curve but it’s not that hard to get use to.

Hey Hannah,

You can see the product on sale carousel because I had uninstalled the Polylang plugin to see the carousel on my home page.

So if I will install it again it can delete it again.

I must translate my site for 2 languages today.

Is there a solution for that ?

And also on the home page in a similar issue, just one image of the portfolio slider is out of alignment on the new site (the photo of the goat) but I can’t see why that would be.

and last night migrated the site to a new platform ready for launch here – *Login to see link

But as you can see the sliders are rendering differently. On the new homepage, the portrait images aren’t expanding to the set max height. They are the same image files, same sizes and identical settings in the theme options but no matter what I do I can’t get the new slider to display the same as the old one.

Help please!

Hey,
It seems you are adding this css:

.col-md-4, .span4 {
width: 20.33%;
}

That is really not good because it breaks the responsive framework. Can you tell me what you are wanting then perhaps I can get you better css?

Once you remove that your logo will be fine on mobile.

If you wanting to change colors for mobile you would be best to use a mobile site or mobile theme since the purpose of a responsive theme would be to keep all those settings throughout any screen size.

Jetpack I know has a mobile theme if you want to look at that.

If there is just one thing in particular that your wanting I’m sure if you tell me what it is I can help with custom css for that though.

Hey,
It does seem that you may be confusing the virtue theme options with the Kadence slider settings. The Kadence slider is a plugin. It’s got it’s own settings page in the Kadence slider page.

If your in the admin of your site look on the left side scroll down till you see “Kadence slider” there click that and look at each slider edit the one you are working with there.
