It’s treated like a theme, you just upload as a theme then activate as a theme. You still need the parent installed on your site and that’s what you will update but the child hteme would be the one activated.

Is pagebuilder installed and activated on your site? It’s a plugin that you would have to active. one of the theme recommended plugins.

Just so you know it’s an SEO plugin that allows you to set the meta data that facebook and of social media sites would use. Are you using a SEO plugin like Yoast SEO?

Can’t really make a list because every site and the sites needs are different.

I suggest that most sites should use a caching plugin, security plugin and backup plugin but anything that adds functionality would be more site specific.

Hello.

I searched how to configure the header but I didn’t found.

First, I don’t find where can i change the image header. I suppose it’s really easy, but i checked
Presentation -> Personnalisation
and
Theme options

Then, I want to have just one line in header, with Logo and Menu.
Now i have two lines separated by one border (I know how to delete the border).

Last one, I want that the header stay always the same, when i change the page.
Now, when I see any Page, the header looks completely white.

It uses The Virtue theme and WooCommerce plugin.
Maybe it is possible to resize some images, widgets, menu, etc.
Or I have to make new responsive web-design in CSS for all different devices?

Looks like you are required to add ftp information to install something? Thats a sign that wordpress isn’t setup correctly. That makes me think the php wordpress user doesn’t have permissions to send a request because it’s not the php user that is the owner of the site. I would suggest fixing those permissions issues.

1-I can’t show any products listed under the category “Spices”. I have 8 products in that category that were showing before.

2-When I click on “Shop” I don’t see any products. I even tried to add a Virtue Carousel, it came up all weird.

3-No matter what the setup I am using, i can’t show the product categories in the Shop Page.
The links that are showing are dead, and not reacting.
My theme is up to date; 3.6.5 I have not done much changes, I don’t understand.
I noticed weird things happening after the latest upgrade.
Could you please get back to me as soon as you can?

I am having problems with the front page header title duplicating the first word of the title. I can’t get rid of it. The title should read Master Heritage Painters but instead reads as Master Master Heritage Painters.

From time and time again after I update the theme I get a 404 error message and can not log-in to our site,
hellaholics.com.

It can work just fine and the next time I try to log-in I can not access the site at all.

I have tried the basic fix with re-saving the permalinks, as well as
deleting, updating and deactivate plug-ins. I have the latest version of theme Virtue
Wordpress and Woocommerce.

I have also checked with our host- (who claims that the fault is not on their end,
if this is correct- I do not know) but we do not have the same problem with other sites
also hosted by the same host.

The error message 404 and the possibility to reach the site seams to occur often
after I have uploaded new products and product images.

Im trying to speed my site up by stripping away stuff thats not needed. I have noticed there are plenty of images with “x2” in their name which im guessing are for retina displays. would it be ok for me to delete these or are retina users gonna have problems?
