for a bigger website relaunch I want to use Virtue Premium as WordPress Theme for the new website. It is possible to install the Virtue premium theme with the validationkey on a develop environmental subdomain which changed to the real website domain earlier when I finished work?

1. If you go to Theme Options> Main Settings> Header Style> Choose header style, you can select Center Logo Menus on Sides, you can enable two primary menus. There are a few options as to how your menus will display as well.

2. This can be accomplished with some CSS. Try using this CSS and let me know if it works for you. Copy and paste the code from the forum to Theme Options> Advanced Settings.

.home section#cat_nav {
    display: none;
}

If that CSS doesn’t work, then post a link to your site and I’ll be able to give you the correct code.

I am changing themes – converting to the Virtue_Premium theme (wonderful theme, by the way!) With the theme I used previously I had two separate primary menus (in Virue’s secondary menu location), one for a commercial section, one for a residential section, in the website. The menu was allocated through a custom field on each page. The Virtue theme isn’t allowing me to allocate more than one secondary menu. Is there a way to override this or another way to use the same location for different menus? Also, I would like to hide the secondary menu on the Home page. Could you give me the style for that?

Trying to edit my Theme Options and nothing is loading at all. On the bottom left on my page it says “javascriptvoid”. No idea how this happened, I have no added any Plug-Ins recently.

Hi, all updates are up to date and have just deactivated all the plugins but the issue is still there.

This is happening on the other Pinnacle sites I have as well. If I change the Menu Text Color (For Transparent Header) to black then the menu appears but the spacing is still wrong.

Hi, just noticed that the shop menu at the top of the page has turned white and the spacing betweeen the menu and products has gone with the menu steeping into the images of the products. This has happened on other shop pages on Pinnacle themed sites I have. Menus on the other pages seem to be fine.

If you could have a look that would be great.

I do not like that the “add to my cart” (Добавить в Корзину) letters are too big. How can make it a bit smaller?

To add the product to the cart I need to scroll down the page. Is it possible to put the add to cart button somewhere higher, e.g. just under the name and price of the product?

I like that there is 1 large photo + a gallery of small icons just under that large one, and when I am hovering over the small pictures in the gallery, they appear bigger. Is it possible to do for my product page as well?

I am using the default page option and it should show there and it’s not showing the sidebar options when I am creating a new page. I have just gone back to my backup before the update and it is still doing the same thing. It normally shows above the call to action section where the mouse icon is in this pic

is there a way i can give you access to the site so you can see for yourself?

Hey,
This means your update failed, most common reason for this is your server timed out. could also have to do with your php settings like max upload, execution time or memory.

Just remove the partial theme and update by downloading the latest from here: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/

and uploading that to your site.

1. I have several categories. The thing I want is, that the attributes for the current category only will be visible when you click the category. It’s hard to explain. Let’s say that I want to sell different phones. Im selling Iphone, HTC and Nokia. There are different attributes for all of the phones. The attributes for the iphone will first be visible, when you click iphone in the “filter products”.

2. I have an old domain, I’m not using for anything. I will import my work to my real website when im done, and I have the products for website. Is that as good as a child theme?

Hi Ben,
Hmm, the theme is definitely missing files, although I remember the installation completing and receiving the confirmation from WordPress?
I checked on a max upload size, there does not seem to be one set.
Regarding the functions.php, indeed, I was working on the site longer than was beneficial, and lapsed in best practices! I’ll definitely create a child theme when working with the php files from now on.

I haven’t manually uploaded the theme via FTP, if I did so, would it overwrite the current theme configuration or would the configuration be retained?

Hey! Have you tried disabling your plugins one by one to see if that solves the issue? I’m not experiencing this on my demo site, so perhaps something has changed in WordPress 4.5 that isn’t yet compatible with one of the plugins yet.
