and I have a transparent header on my home page with my menu items set to white. What i am wanting is for my current and hover colors to be white as well. they get lost in the pictures with the typical setting.. is there a way to do that?

Hi Hannah,
The site is now back online, here’s how it happened (for any theme users who may encounter this issue):

1. The error indicated a missing dependent file referenced in the functions.php
2. I located the file manually in the theme archive, and uploaded via FTP to the site in the directory location specified in functions.php.
3. I did this for each file dependency the error message pointed to. Here’s the list:
• folder: kt_framework
• folder: template_hooks
• file: kt-plugins-activate.php
4. I deleted a line of code with the class $KT_Theme_Checker, as this caused an error.

Apparently when the Virtue Premium theme is installed via the WordPress Dashboard, it does not copy all of the theme files and dependencies onto the remote server. Thus when I restored the functions.php from the theme zip file, it referenced many files not on the remote server, hence causing the errors, and requiring the manual upload of the theme files.

On the website http://www.wildwoodpath.com I cannot update the Theme settings.

One thing I’m trying to modify is the typography. Whenever I select a new font and click “Save” I get this message:

There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.

This has been happening for 3 days, not sure if there is something else going on – I am not running into this error on other websites that I’m using virtue theme with.

I have set up several sub types under parent portfolio type Photography and they are listing across the page for Photography (under Portfolio which is just a heading and not a clickable menu item).

The Photography page is using portfolio grid template, 15 items per page, random order, filter on.

What I am seeing is that when I choose a filter, only those items that are showing on the current page that belong to that sub type filter appear. For example, I have 4 images in the sub type Landscapes. If all 4 of the landscape images are on the main photography page when it launches, they will all show up when I filter. But if only 2 of them are on the main page, only 2 of them will show when filtered.

Similarly, I have 1 image each in Miscellaneous and in Weddings. If those images are on the first page of Photography, they will filter. If they aren’t, I get a blank page when choosing that filter.

Same thing happens if I filter on page 2 of the Photography.

I have experimented with different Order Items by as well and the same thing is happening.

I need to have all items properly filter and display regardless of what page they may be on for the summary Photography portfolio page.

Umm sorry been away , umm i changed the slider on http://www.hluhluwegamereserve.com becuase still could not get revo slider to work . then after digging around more .

I realized it’s been deactivated ? And will not let me reactivate ? It will not update ether .. So I put in Kadence slider on not as cool shadows and all..that’s what y are seeing .. So the hole time it was inactive and i had the update mess turned off so did not see , it use to tell me there was a update in the plugins ?

But it will not let me update or activate as of now …I thought I could use the theme on any number of my own sites , seems revo slider is saying I can not , keeps asking for L Key and says i cant have it on more than one site ? Have not had this in few years of using theme ..

So one site is working again http://www.stluciasouthafrica.com is back working with header slider . The other site come to think of it i have another site with this theme and revo works there http://www.saonlineshop.com , so i dont know whats up … this problem I not sure what its all about, have to google see what come up for that ( Using the inspect tool have you figured out how to get Failed to parse SourceMap fixed.)

Sorry, I’m new to all this.

Also, I’ve been trying to to get rid of the test and button on the revolution slider at the top? I tried to go to the page editor on the home page, to see if that is a widget so I could delete it and just have images sliding, but couldn’t find anything widgets.

Hi,
as you can see on my website *Login to see link the social media widget i have placed at the right herded widget area but when i enter the phone icon with (virtue info box) i cant align it with the left header widget ,as you can see its appear in the left( as i intended) but its always lower than the right social media widget ( as you can see its not align even on the page social media icons at the right hight and the mobile phone icon on the left bit lower)

can you please tell me what to do and if possible do i have to write css code for this? cause all i wanted to do is appear the mobile icon on the left most corner of the header widget area with the same height alignment as social media icons.
