Hi There,
Today, while roaming on a electronic store, I observed that my homepage Full-Screen Revolution slider is not working on iPad pro/retina.
It is perfectly fine in my laptop ( Macbook pro) and other mobile device but it is not at all displaying in iPad.
Am I missing something? or any custom CSS modification screwed up something.

Hi folks, I’m doing neither currently as embarrassingly I don’t know how to set up a shop or child. I’m pretty new to WordPress, but have built the site and got it all working, but don’t have a clue of how to create product columns/sections, or what I should be looking for in the theme that could do something like that. I’ve ground to a halt and don’t know what I even need to ask for, hence the link. The items aren’t for direct sale like the link, but need to be there in a similar format for people viewing.

During these 4 months I have uploaded bunch of images, added lots of products and posts. Is there any way I could pull/get out theme settings (Home Layout, Theme Color, Shop Settings, Menu Settings etc.) from old backup and keep all data from my current website?

OK, so I have turned jetpack on for you to see what the problem is. There are two problems that I can see just to clarify. The breadcrumbs take you to the wrong place, and it is ignoring the custom css that sets the header image height.

Pick any of the posts to see the breadcrumb problem.Let me know when you’re done and I’ll turn jetpack off again. No rush, I haven’t told anyone about the site yet.

I’m trying to add a text link from the product page to itself. Sounds redundant but it’s for products that are shown elsewhere on my website, in a list. It’s so users can click and be taken to the shop page to see more information, rather than add the products directly to their carts. I would only like it to display for products that are currently in stock.
So far I found a bit of code that displays a message when an item is in stock, but I cannot customize the message, let along make it link to the product page:

Hey,
You need to ask your host why the uploader isn’t working. If your getting the file from here: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/uploading wouldn’t be an issue with the theme but with your sites uploader. Make sure your not out of space on your server.

I’m still working locally, but I can tell you I’m running Virtue Premium Version: 3.5.8 on WordPress 4.4.2. The page template I’m using is Fullwidth and the problem persists when I’ve tried other templates. This isn’t a huge issue for me, but it is odd. Maybe I’ll have to ask you to look at it once the site goes live.

1. Don’t’ use super cache. Use wp rocket or w3 total cache as I recomend in “need for speed”.
2. Just because you’re not deferring the js doesn’t mean it’s slowing down the site in any major way. it just means none of your scripts are being deferred. Always understand what a score means in whatever test you’re using.
3. What is your url? As I mention in “need for speed” compression is what you need to really work with when it comes to images. I recommend 1600px in dimensions if your images are compressed correctly.
The “specify image dimensions” doesn’t have to do with file size though. Thats a rendering thing (accounts for next to nothing in terms of overall page loading) and I need to see your page to see what images are not specified.Ben

If you’re using polylang can’t you make two contact forms, one for each language?
In the text of your tab of your site origin editor you need to add a space between the
<i class="icon-mobile"></i>and the text next to it. icon-mobile is just one example. There you can change click on the visual tab and select the font and change color.Ben

on in fr and the other one is “en” but in “fr” it is ok I can change modify the text, no problem

ll the slides are in french and when I want to change it: nothing appears, no modification are done

I just tested on my demo site and I’m not having that same issue. Which page template are you using on the page in question?

That is your issue. Nothing has changed with the theme updates in regards to this. You have changed where you looking at the site but you haven’t correctly set the database to all pull from the right location.
The theme nor wordpress can crop and size images that are not inside the same domain as the site.

This morning i started a thread “Cannot edit or load Theme options” My host Godaddy advised me to activate previous theme then delete virtue and re-install
now it gets stuck on 1% and times out then i get this message

1) The following files failed on import:
Failed to import shop_order_status cancelled
Failed to import shop_order_status completed
Failed to import shop_order_status failed
Failed to import shop_order_status on-hold
Failed to import shop_order_status pending
Failed to import shop_order_status processing
Failed to import shop_order_status refunded2) The Visit Store link above the Visit Site link is not active you can’t click on it.
3) I was able to import the demo content however, in the Slider Revolution – Gallery 2 (titled #3 Shop Example) is black there are no pics.
4) in the WooCommerce – System Status the follow appears:
WC Pages
Shop Base: Page not set
Cart: Page not set
Checkout: Page not set

Tried to get back into Theme options bottom left corner it says uploading 100%, and if i scroll down to say menu settings it says Javascript;void(0)
