I don’t get what I’m supposed to say here? I just told you that you have errors in your css. That you have brackets left open at the end as well as after server media queries.. And still on your site the issues are there. If those were fixed the css would work but it will never work in a css box with css that is broken above it.

Can you tell me what about my last post you tried? I don’t get it. Nothing needs tried just fix the css.

I am trying to update my Home Icon Menu, but when I save it, nothing happens on the live website
it will save in the theme editor but when I go to test on the website it is the same as before I even changed anything

HI!

I have set up LinkedChat so it works as a chat client on my website. For it to integrate into Slack I have to add a line of code into the HTML head. Is that anyway possible whilst using WordPress and the Kadence Theme?

Whenever I use rows on the suggested site orign page builder it always creates a large amount of white space between elements.
Is there any way to reduce this please?

One example I am concerned with the home page of http://www.gillybeans.co.uk and the space after start shopping and the next section?

I want to create a menu that when clicked shows a page that draws products that fit the two categories.
I thought something like this as a custom link might work but no joy : *Login to see link

So when you click on handbags and the drop down spring it shows handbags in the spring category BUT not the spring scarves.

Is this possible?

Here is a reply from Ben from a similar topic:

You don’t get a activation code when using the slider through a theme license. When you purchased a theme you got access to use the plugin on one site through the themes license. This is separate from direct licensing from the plugin authors and there has always been a way for you to enter a purchase code if you wanted direct support and updates from the plugin authors (on previous versions of the slider it was hidden by default).

You should be able to activate the revolution sider from Appearance > Theme Recommended Plugins.

I’ve just posted a blog entry, my first using teh Virtue pull-quotes.

As i said, I think in fact, the Virtue pull-quotes look better, and are much cleaner, than the plugin I was considering using. 🙂

‘Just’ having two ‘CK red’ quotations marks, one on either side, would make this feature perfect for us.

PS. Let me know when the website Kadence uses for beer money starts accepting Chinese credit cards! You guys deserve more beers! :p

Hey Ben,

Sorry to draw attention to a resolved topic, but I’m just wondering. In the css you gave me for this issue, what defines where the sidebar will become fixed? That is to say, how to alter how far up the sidebar scrolls before pausing?

As my top bar is now sticky, some of the sidebar is now getting hidden behind it, so I’d like to adjust it a bit so it stays below the top bar while fixed.

Not a huge issue, but just looking to make such small adjustments to ensure the overall aesthetic of the site. 🙂

Original questions
1.I would like to make narrower the submenu view dropdown in the topbar menu, so it does not take up that much space can you help me plse
2.I am also using slider revolution, and would like to remove the topbar menu,logo and icons menu, from my landing page but want them displayed when I enter the site.
3.I would also like the logo to be 2-3 Px lower, aswel as have some writing next to the logo, is this possible?

regarding my questions above.
1. The code on Q 1 worked 100%, just need to know to set the width of a sub-submenu aswell under dropdown on site “Fresh from the Press”.
2. On Q2, here is the site landing page that I need to remove the topbar menu, icons and main menu: http://www.sowoptions.co.za, if you plse can stil help me with this
would be appreciated.
3. Q3 also worked perfectly, so many thanks, just still needs help on the second part of my question, and that is how do I bring writing in- next to this LOGO pls.

2. I had my site moved (and used a plugin to update url’s), and this problem came up and I can’t figure out where it is coming from, and why it is referring to my other site (it was temporarily a subdomain of the other site though). See this page.
