Hi there
Although I understand that your theme is very responsive when it comes to mobile viewing I i would like some advice on having a different version of the mobile site. I have large images on the home page and some other pages which are fine for desktop and tablet but not so great for mobile viewing. I have tried the plugin any mobile theme switch which worked fine but obviously when I delete the big images off the front page in one theme it removes them from the other. What would your advice be for having a completely different layout for a mobile version. I have done some research my self on this and dont seem to be any further forward. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
kind regards
Paul
Is there a way to have the cart that is available for the primary menu to show up in the topbar menu? Currently, the two carts are different. I like how the cart in the primary menu can be clicked to show the contents of the shopping cart. Here is a link to my site: odetowood.com I have both carts showing, one in the topbar and one in the primary menu.
Also, I might have posted this earlier but I don’t think the thread got posted.

Hey Ben,
I just launched a site and I notice in mobile that a couple of things are happening. There is a white space to the right of the content that the user has to scroll over to get to, but shouldn’t be there. Any thoughts? Also, on the Contact form the email address (which is kind of long) that listed below the phone number and the email address in the footer extend beyond the content area. I appreciate any thoughts on that as well… maybe that’s was is responsible for the white space to begin with…
Thanks,
Greg
It’s a local site. I’ve found the “Display Captions” in the Pinnacle Gallery widget. It works on hover, I just want it to always show.
Hey,
Do you mind posting a link to your site?
Thanks!
Hannah
I have the exact issue posted by Victor Andres:
”
I tried using the “centered logo and menu on sides”. I only have 4 menu items, so when I tried it.. There was a big gap between the Left Menu and the logo itself. Is there a way to make the menu items more evenly spaced out?
”
I tried the solution suggested by Ben, adding this to the Custom Css in Advanced Settings:
.kad-header-style-basic.kad-header-center-logo .kad-primary-nav ul.sf-menu>li {
width: 50%;
}
But nothing has changed. Is there something I might be missing? Here’s my site: garstepalpha.com
Hi, Kadence support team!
At the moment on my mobile verion site the main sidebar is displayed after the content on the shop page: *Login to see link
I wonder if it is possible to display it above the content, because there is a product filter widget which logically should stay before products for customs’ convenience.
At the moment if my client wants to find smth he/she has to go almost to the footer. Most of them don’t go there and leave the site.
Please help
HI Ben and Hannah
I just did an install of virtue premium and want to get a navigation bar above the slider.
We have that in http://www.drnatuarlhealing.com but I can’t find the way to position it just above the slider like I have it here.
that’s the product menu, but I’d it to be a normal menu location. How do I tell virtue that?
http://www.drnaturalheaing.com has a top menu Home, about etc….., and a menu right above the slider.
I’m trying to mimic it in the new site.
I have a size modified kadence slider and the shrinking header thingy, is that interfering with the menu showing up?
The only thing I can think of is that scroll shrink header thing is not allowing the menu to show up.
Hi,
I need help.
I bought a plugin for donation process for wordpress (Total Donations for WordPress). and I have problem on the form selection field. under the selection of country and the arrow/suggestion country is not aligned on the form field. Also in payment method the form field is overlapping in the dropdown selection.
Please see the website here: *Login to see link
The problem appears only on the desktop view and on mobile view is okay.
and I ask the plugin author’s about the problem and below his reply;
——————–
“Hi, your theme is inserting JavaScript into the form. It’s not an issue with the plugin per se. I’d contact the theme author’s and find out why they are inserting extra JS into our plugin. For example:
<div class=”select2-container mg_form-control migla_country” id=”s2id_country”>
</div>”
——————–
Please let me know if you have solution for this. Thank you!
1) I heard about that, however as long as it works with spaces, why do I actually have to use it without spaces? I’m really a bit of old-school man, and letting some other person inside my website makes me nervous. Didn’t want to show all back-end just to implement one feature.
So I finally did it myself, the idea was to use echo before get_post_meta. After doing so it works perfectly.
2) JS is something I’m not really ready to learn right now, I have reorganized my tabs so they all have 5 columns, so they show as 2 on mobile.
Thanks!
I just updated to 3.5.6 (I believe) a few minutes ago, and I now have the WP screen of death:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/n/w/p/nwpsurfers/html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/admin_scripts.php on line 21
Hi,
I have used WordPress extensively and liked the look of Pinnacle, so purchased it. I soon realized that it has far more functionality than I bargained for and much of the language used in the editor is foreign to me. I wanted to put a simple header image on the Home page with my website name, which I finally managed by using photoshop to add white space for the page title to show up. I couldn’t find any image size specs anywhere in the documentation. Usually it gives you dimensions. I like the way it looks on the computer monitor, but it is terrible on mobile devices. The other pages have different images (smaller) and I like having the menu title at the top left as well (in the white space). Again, I had to tweak with photoshop and it looks like hell on mobile devices. The website is http://www.danicoleman.com
I love the look and feel otherwise. I know there is a learning curve, and I’ve watched some videos to no avail (is the interface different now?). Thank you for any help you might be able to provide.
Hello,
Trying to reduce the space between main menu items and sub menu item.
I have tried this css
.sf-menu ul {
top: 70%;
}
But it doesn’t move the menu item up.
The site is:
*Login to see link
There is only one sub menu item under the ‘about’ item – and it shows over the slider – rather than just underneath the ‘about’ menu item
Many thanks
Nic
Clear your cache in chrome. Make sure you have cleared the cache on your website. In the WP-Super-Cache settings.

Hi,
I have a question about the products page.
There doesn’t appear to be any options for the customer when I create a specific product. For example, if I decide to create a T-Shirt, I can’t allow the customer to select a size or color or style because of that lack of options. What am I missing?
I am not selling T-Shirts just yet, so this doesn’t relate to my current site, however I am selling workshops that I would like to offer with some options for the customer to select such as “Transportation”,”Lodging”, and “Meals” for slightly higher prices.
Here is a link to one such example:
*Login to see link
Currently the customer can only purchase an item, what I would like to do is offer them the ability to choose from selection of “add ons” for the workshop that will change the price depending on what they add on.
I hope this makes sense, Thanks!

Hey,
so there is js that powers that plugin. From what I can see it’s not firing correctly. Could be do to a conflict with some js elsewhere not loading do to a minify or cache.
Do a quick test through and preview your site with normal twenty fourteen theme. Check that page and see if it loads.
Ben
If you can post a link to your site, I’ll help you write the necessary CSS to fix that.
Hey, if you can provide the access to your site, I’ll take a look at it.
Thanks!,
Kevin
