Hey,
there isn’t anything recent in the file (latest is from September). likely means you’ve maxed out the size that the file can be. Remove all the text in the file and save on your server. Then login to your site and try to use the theme options, then check the logs.Ben

It’s a Kadence slier.
Are my photos too big? Is it possibly a plug-in? I am new to this, but it seems that’s way too long to load.I’d appreciate any suggestions or insights,

I started with 3.5 yesterday and was using that when this started. One of the fixes I tried was updating to 3.5.2 and that’s what I’m using now. WordPress and the two plugins are up to date. I cleared my cache.
Here’s what happened in case this helps: yesterday I set up the site, including a few lines of code in the custom css box. Everything was working fine. Last night I added the slider to the home page. When I installed that, I lost the styles from the custom css box. From then on, I have not been able to get those styles back. I put the css back in the box, but they don’t show on the website. When I log out and log back in, the styles are gone from the box.
Deleting the home slider doesn’t help.
I just replaced the background image I had been using. I had css in the box to add a white background to the content div, hide the page title and give the sidebar a background color. The css is currently in the box, but not showing on the site, and has been disappearing each time I log out.
I don’t know what to try next besides a different theme.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In forum: Virtue ThemeSorry, there isn’t a built in option for that. The filter is only an option on the portfolio page (with individual portfolio posts) not the portfolio category. But looking at your site it looks like you haven’t turned the filer on for your portfolio page so maybe that’s what you mean. In your Portfolio Grid edit page under Portfolio Grid Options select Yes beside Filter? Then to turn on masonry go to Theme Options > Portfolio Options and select On beside Masonry Style.

In forum: Virtue ThemeLove this theme. All was going well and all of a sudden anything I put in the custom css box is not working. If I log out and log back in, anything I had in the custom css box is gone. This just started last night. I deactivated the theme and reloaded, then updated to the latest this morning. No change. Any idea what’s up? I’ve used this theme on several sites and had no issues.
Currently, nothing is in the custom css box.

Thanks for your reply. If you can refer to my website, when on the front page and i go to the Pictures representing the portfolio section (ie Nicconi x Lucky Toss). If i hover over the picture and press ‘View Item’ – this will forward me to ‘http://regalbloodstock.com/portfolio/nicconi-x-lucky-toss-2/’. What i would rather do is be forwarded to the page ‘http://regalbloodstock.com/nicconi-x-lucky-toss/’
Would you be able to assist on how i could achieve this?

I deleted every image completely from the media Folder manually. Then I re-sized the images. I am uploading the images to my media folder again manually. (Re-named shorter names) And then uploading them to the places they belong on the website. All manually….. My sliders show up if I update my HOME PAGE info. But then if I refresh my screen. The sliders disappear. The product images are working okay.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi everyone, I’m quite new to all this, I’ve been trying to find an answer online but not been able to. Hopefully someone can help.
I’m in the process of setting up my e-commerce site with the Virtue Premium theme installed, I have created a small number of products which are all showing up on the homepage in the ‘On Sale Products’ slider. But if you click on ‘shop’ none of the products show there. Am I missing something simple here? I’ve looked at so many different settings and can’t find the solution.

Hi Hannah this doesn’t work. it takes away the site header text that was in there. I am uploading a png with white logo to have over a black and white Picture. Everything else is working fine but I just need a logo in the title header. Is there any wordpress shortcode I can put in the title header box in the theme options?
I am linking the image url from the my media in wordpress.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

I am using slide rev. for my home page. I am using one slide that has multiple layers. I have the “Loop” section on play but the layers do not loop on the site. How do I get this to work. If this is not possible, how do I get a layer to stay once the slider is done playing?

Hello,
1) My site is running on Version: 3.3.5. I don’t see an update message in wp-admin but noticed that you have a new version out.
2) Also, I have this error message: Your theme (Virtue – Premium) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.
3) I keep get a warning that 9 things need to be updated but when I click on update plugins and/or themes, I don’t see what I need to update.How should I proceed? Delete the old theme via Ftp and then re-upload? I don’t want to lose my saved information.
