Hey,
Sorry I was not talking about you talking to theme punch. I was suggesting you talk with vault press…. from above “Best to contact vault press”.

but please do whatever makes you feel comfortable.

There are no rev slider files inside of the theme. It’s completely contained in the plugin and once you remove it would be off your site.

Hello. I am currently having trouble saving the settings for my Virtue Premium theme. Whenever I try saving it gives me the error:
“There was a problem with your actions. Please try again or reload the page.”

This happened after using the Kadence Importer to import one of your site styles. The first time doing it, it gave me the error that the max execution time and memory limit wasn’t high enough, so I contacted my host to guide me on increasing them. When I changed the php settings, the error didn’t happen anymore, but the saving issue still occurring. I asked my host about this, and they suggested for the theme developer (you guys) to debug the theme to see if you guys know the issue.

If you guys need anything, like a temporary admin access, let me know! Thanks

Fair enough. You can use this css to remove just the icon:

.kad-info-box i, .kad-info-box img {
    display: none;
}

Just keep in mind that this will effect your entire site so if you only want to apply to one page you will need to add a page id.

In the last few days, I’ve noticed a problem on my Slider Revolution (licensed through Virtue Premium). I have a youtube video as a slide; however, the problem is that recently when that’s shows, it begins to auto-play.

After it begins auto-playing, if you click it, ANOTHER version begins playing simultaneously. At that point, there’s no way to stop it except by letting it finish. Nor are there any controls.

I’ve de-activated every plugin except the Slider Revolution and the problem persists, so I do not believe it’s another plug in interfering.

I see in the Slider Revolution settings panel that there’s an update. But as I recall, that needs to come through Virtue Premium.

Can you take a look to see if I’m missing something? We haven’t changed any settings, so I’m not sure why it is all of a sudden doing this…

I can’t say for sure, but if it were my site I wouldn’t be terribly worried. I don’t have much experience with these kinds of issues, but other support staff will be able to tell us for sure. I read up a bit on it and what I found was that as long as you’re on the most current version of the slider, you should be good to go!.

I just accomplished this on my demo site following these steps.

1. Create a New Page titled “On Sale,” or whatever you want it to be.

2. Within this page, paste this shortcode into the content area.
[sale_products per_page="12"]

3. Create a new menu item for your navigation to that page.

That’s really all you have to do! You can adjust the per page item to be whatever you need.

If there are no variations to your product then customers should be able to click “add to cart” from the shop page and not be directed anywhere. Is this not the case for you? Can you post a link to your site?

I’ve got that file in the same location on my site, so it’s likely false.

Be sure that you’re currently up to date with the plugin though. That could be where this error is coming from.

I had noticed in the source code of my website (degenietendefoodie.nl) that I have two UA google tracker codes. Luckily it are two different numbers, so the visibility of my website is still correct. One code is from my Yoast Pluging, which is comparable with the UA code in my google Analytics / AdSense account.

With the other one I’m not familiar. This is de code on my website:

MY unknown UA code is the same code that I found in the source code of your demo website ( *Login to see link –> UA-54510063-1. Check for it.

This tracker is still working in everyone’s theme’s I think. I do not know if it infects any of your statistics?

For me it would be very helpful if this UA tracker code can be removed from my website. I can not do this manually, because it would return in every theme update.
Hope you find the tools to remove it from the theme.
