Hi There,

I am building a woocommerce website on pinnacle premium. I have a main shop page. I am trying to set up 4 product catagory pages. I want the catagory images to display the same way they do in the main shop page. The problem I am having is that when I use a product carosel to display the images it only has one row. I want the images to display in a grid like they do on the main shop page. Any help would be much appreciated.

Awesome! Sorry I was wrong about the current version. I’ve had to start using a different test site than usual recently, and apparently I need to do the same thing on my site!

It looks like your host wasn’t allowing the file size of the theme to be uploaded. That’s something you may want to change in the future, since the theme itself isn’t all that large.

This is the only thing the theme loads:

the protocol at the beginning changes based on what your site url is.

What plugins are you using that add fonts. you need to check with those.

Hi guys,

On one of the sites I have decided to start again as a few things a few things went wrong. I have downoaded WP again but when it comes to installing the virtue theme it says the following

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

I have changed the .htaccess file to this

Is there anything that I’m doing wrong?? its worked for all of the other sites that I have used this theme with.

What are you using for your string translations on your site?

Also, is it a multilingual site or single?

Thank you for the reply I just followed the steps from your comment and when uploading the zip of the theme I get

Now I’m stuck without a theme and the website looks really bad, what should I do?

Hello! Just to be clear, are you talking about sum-menu items? If so, I suggest reading through this tutorial regarding the creation of menus.

This will walk you through the steps of creating your sub menus, and if you want to style them, I can help with that after you’ve got the menu together.

Also, if you can provide a link to the site that you’re working on, that is always helpful.

Hello,

Everytime I refresh my homepage the Kadence Slider disappears. When I click on the home link (the site logo) or enter the web address it shows up. Just not when I refresh. Help please!

Hi,
we are building our new website using the Virtue theme and make use of the Visual Editor. If we add anchors in the HTML code they get deleted by the editor (we guess) and they don´t work. How can I add the feature that I want to link the user to a certain part of a longer page? Any other solution then HTML Code?

Hey all,

I’m really enjoying the Virtue Premiume theme. So far, with my little to 0 knowledge of CSS and/or coding stuff, I’ve been able to do just about all that I want to with it.

I’d like to add and do the following:
Can I use the homepage layout manager to have various posts/pages show up on my homepage? So far all I have is a Rev Slider as my main and then nothing else. I’ve been able to get some Image Menu stuff, etc on there and I move the Latest Blog Posts button from Disabled to Enabled but I don’t necessarily want that. I want to create specific pages/posts that are maybe only seen by scrolling through the front page of my website (grrillagym.com).

That way I can use a bit of CSS that you guys offered me and change the background/font color for each page and the site has built in transitions/breaks as you scroll down.

Basically just like apple.com. If you go to the iphone page there is the 1st area with lots of white and clean background. Scrolling down gives you a guy skating in a pool/marble texture. Then white again into the “next” section, then a bit of grey, etc.

I want that transition/effect ability by using various pages/posts/images.

The reply I received suggested that my theme was out of date and could be causing the problem. My question is how do I update the theme, there doesn’t seem to be an update available on my dashboard? Do I have to re-purchase the theme every time there is an update? Is my out of date theme causing this problem?

Problem i am having i am not sure if it is Theme issue or a wordpress issue

when i share my site on social media (Facebook) An image appears underneath link that i had in my media library but that image was deleted?
no idea where to start as i say that image was deleted
Any advice or help?

My problem is, that there are some parts of my website, that i can´t translate into german. View cart, proceed to check out, add to cart, cancel order, and so on, are all on english. I´ve tried to install the Loco Translate plugin and set the language in settings to german, but the site doesn’t translate completely. There are some places that translate in to german, fx “sale” has been translated to “angebot” and the testimonials have been translated in to “Empfelungen”
When i open the Loco Translater and go to insert the missing translations myself, on the different themes, the results doesn’t show up. The words remain untranslated.

I tried to edit the wp-config.php file once, where i deleted “define(´WPLANG´, én_GB´);, which i thought might do the last translating work, but after i´ve deleted that file nothing have changed.
