Hello,

We’re having trouble with the search function.
When we make a search that will show results the header and footer disappear completely. Only the results show. If I do a search for something that won’t output any results it shows fine with the normal ‘no results found’ message.

The site is under construction but I’ll send login details in a private message.

Hi there, I have tried several times to upload the demo contact using the Kadence demo importer and am having issues getting the content to load.

I get the following error message.

-Sorry but your import failed. Most likely, it cannot work with your webhost. You will have to ask your webhost to increase your PHP max_execution_time (or any other webserver timeout to at least 300 secs) and memory_limit (to at least 196M) temporarily.

I have contacted my hosting provider and they have updated the various elements limits to be suitable for the upload but there is still the same error message appearing when I try to download the demo. They have asked me to now contact the theme /demo content provider.

Would anyone please be able to help me rectify this?

Could you give me the code to change the cyclone slider in the footer-call to action area, for the dutch version of the website.

Also, can I use the same previous code given to change the slider from desktop to mobile ….to have it on the mobile version too?

I would thus have 4 sliders needed :
English site: desktop slider & mobile slider
Dutch site: desktop slider & mobile slider.

Hi Ben & Kevin. I have resolved the issue, but I’d welcome your views on whether I have done this in an efficient way, or whether I’ve missed something within the Virtue Theme.
To resolve the order of the page issue: I installed a plugin to allow shortcodes in widgets, the I created a row and implemented the shortcode widget in there. I used the post_portfolio shortcode to display the portfolio items. I removed the information held in the Home Page layout theme option regarding Home Page Image and Portfolios.
To resolve the Image Menue title issue: I have used the image/text widget and now take the user to another page where the partner organisations are listed – it works and looks better than using the Home Page Image Menu option in the theme options.

Let me know what you think – the final website (not live yet) will be http://www.wiltonwindmill.co.uk – the current
old website is not too good so it won’t look anything like that!

Hi … I am back! // perhaps I can just continue on here?

I have been unable to get this Virtue Premium v 3.4.5 theme to work any (well, 3) of my multisites .. and have given up.

That is just to report back // Don’t know why it won’t work with my multisites? Maybe because in each case I have between 20-40 multisites/subdomains created and having to network activate the theme kept creating too much CPU usage? they were on individual shared accounts hostgator/bluehost ….

Anyway … So, I have been using this on non-multisites. Now I have come across an issue.

For the life of me – I have gone through every Virtue Premium Feature settings on all three sites trying to replicate identical outputs.

I worked on my 4th one http://2YRD.com then matched the 3rd site http://CorydonClock.com and then went to replicate the settings on the 2nd sute that I set up with the theme http://ITEM-SITE.com (the first one 1800HART.com doesn’t have this feature) …

I can’t get the “Best Selling Products” section on the Item-Site theme to work or pull any products. After the first time I set it up on the other 2 sites, nothing has changed since the first slider appeared. This is the “On Sale Products” section in the “Home Layout” .. here are my settings:

Home On Sale Product Carousel Title
e.g. = On Sale Products Best Selling Products

Choose how many columns are in carousel 4

Choose how many products are in carousel 18

Carousel Scroll = All visible

Choose the Carousel Speed = 7

Could you bring light why there is no carousel of products on Item-Site and why after first initial load no new items were added to the other two sites?

I checked the apache error logs, could see that the Mod security is blocking your site due to multiple reason. You can check the reasons with the message in logs. Please find below link to get error logs:

Mod_security is an apache module that helps to protect your website from various attacks. It is used to block commonly known exploits by use of regular expressions and rule sets and is enabled on our server.

We do not recommend to disable these rule due to server stability. Please find alternative way to run your application to avoid attack on your website.

I have a problem with the woocommerce 4.4.1. and premium virtue update 3.4.5.
When I place anything into the cart and then view cart it has two proceed to checkout buttons.
The woocommerce update site says that “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files” and is listing these:

virtue_premium/woocommerce/loopadd-to-cart.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0,
virtue_premium/woocommerce/single-productreview.php 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0,

Please help me.

Maybe for future development?

And maybe a widget that can layout different layout posts for the customers who wants a magazine kind of look. So it can be used with site origin plugin.

The existing solution seems to only works with visual composer page builder. Which I read not too efficient.

Hi, I have to come back to you with the same problem.
The cart does not work properly. I get the orders from clients, but I also learnt that still for some clients, when they add the prodcut to the cart, cart says that it is empty. You said me once that you checked in all the browsers you have on your computer, and it works, but still I continue to face the same problem. Seems that people have different versions of browsers.
I have disabled the W3 total Cache and also disabled “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” .
Does not help. What else can I do? This problem is very crucuial for me. Seems that I lose some of my clients and also it does not let me to enroll my site in local internet-stores-search-platform, as their checks also says that the cart does not work properly.

I hope for you help with this issue.

I am looking to include a quote on my home page or footer but would like it to be script (La Belle Aurore maybe), a certain size and possibly centered. Is there a way of changing this? At the moment, it only looks like the main text can be fiddled with but not that in footers or secondary boxes.

I have placed a button centered on my slider, but it keeps going to the bottom right corner when viewed on the website. I have tried several times, and also tried an image layer instead of a button and it still happened… Could you please advise if you know what is going wrong?
