How do I get rid of the tiny menu that contains link to home page and name of current page that is currently visible under the main navigation menu on all pages (except home page). I’ve looked everywhere in the theme options but can’t find where to hide/get rid of it.

I’m not sure what you mean? If someone leaves your site before 70 seconds then they would never see it right? You can see in Google Analytic how long people are on your site.

There isn’t anything in the theme code that would set off the blocker. I just tested too with the demo sites and nothing was blocked?

We have an online store. During our last renewal, we decided to have our payments be processed on our merchant processors site as to eliminate the need for the SSL certificate, dedicated IP, and annual plugin fee to process payments on our site using payeezy (formerly global gateway e4). We were using woocommerce. I’ve found a plugin (WP Payeezy Payment Page)that will enable our customers payments to be processed on the Payeezy site – however, this plugin does not work with woocommerce. As woocommerce is where all of our products/info, shipping tables, taxes, and cart/payment/checkout pages are setup – I will have to re-do all of this. Where do I begin in Virtue? I’m assuming I will have to create the product page, cart page, checkout page, etc. Is there a plugin I am missing that will fill in this void? I am not a coder. Thanks for your help.

Hi Ben, Hi Hannah!

I have added some kadence sliders to the site *Login to see link but i noticed some issues:

– the first main image was added using theme options > home slider
– the second kadence slider was added using page builder > ‘text’

1. on the mobile phone (iphone), the images doesnt appear in full anymore (i mean in mobile size) it only will show a part of it…. it doesn’t go proportional as the logo for example…

2. if you reduce the size of the computer screen, the same issue we are having with the mobile version, only is showing part of the image, ‘hiding’ parts of it…

is there a css code that you could help us with?

1. I just sent a test e-mail to myself using the contact page and it worked.

2. I clicked publish and it seems to publish to its own webpage (i.e. http://www.website.com/testimonial/Person’s Name/) — that’s undesireable. I guess I will use it only as a form to collect the information and copy and paste how I please.

1. Could be that your site doesn’t have a web mail server set up. are you using the contact form and it’s working?

I can’t see my product’s page, every time i clicking on a products it say’s – “page not found” – all of my products are same, can’t see them.

My shop page is empty

I have som pages on my website with a lot of content – this means the breadcrumbs at the top of the page are “hidden” from the reader, un less they scroll balt to the top…

Is there a way of adding/ repeating the breadcrumbs at the bottom of the page?

I’m almost done with my website. However, there is a small glitch when I open the website. One section does not show the graphics properly. Just above the featured products. The background does not show or sometimes the background graphic moves when I scroll instead of being steady. In the original template it is the black and white pic part with the keyboard / mouse. This usually happen on the google chrome explorer.

When I open your sample website ” *Login to see link it looks fine in all my browser, but when I open my website *Login to see link there are some errors. Any idea on how to fix this?

Hey,
A pot file tells the po files what strings need to be translated and where they are. The po file is where you make those translations and the mo file is how wordpress reads theme. You can’t translate a pot file.

I was able to translate “search for” in the da_DK.po file. Go onto your site and make a search you will see:

“Testing Results for”

Instead of “Search Results for”

I’ll I did was go to loco and edit the da_DK.po file and saved after I made the one edit.

The error above shows the issue is with this plugin: yith-essential-kit-for-woocommerce-1

You can open the servers cpanel or access through ftp and remove that plugin file and it should get your site back.
