It is off course to much to handle here and its off topic. But how many images do you have on your website?
because i can see they are not optimized for web, so some of the images are a couple MB large. For your information, i got a couple of images on my website full width 1920×600 px and they are around 300kb (some of your images are around 3MB) so i can have 10 images to reach the same size of 1 image of yours

Also can you say how much plugins you have installed? This also can dramatically slow down your website

I think these are the first things to look for! After that, you can look further to improve it.

Hey Charlie,
You can add this to your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings:

@media (min-width: 992px) {
body .main.col-lg-9 {float:right;}
}

If you only want this to apply to your store and not the entire site you just need to add the page id. If you post a link I an help with that.

It has nothing to do with the question, but i can see that all of your text is messed up (on my pc).

It makes the surf experience much better for your audience.

I’m interested in putting sidebars on my pages, but I want them to appear underneath the “headers” ie- parallax images and text that are designed in pagebulider, so I’m wondering what the best options is.

Should I create custom headers for each page and switch each page setting to “sidebar,” and if so, how do I do that?

OR….

Should I just manually create a sidebar in pagebuilder by splitting the rows into more columns? (This would be more work in the long run as I update the content in the sidebars)

OR….

Do you have an alternative method altogether?

Hey guys, in the ‘related products’ carousel of my website, the products shown are always the same oldest products in the category.

How can I change this to show either the most recent products or a random collection of products from the same category?

Hi, while following your simple tutorial located here, *Login to see link , I have come across an issue where my background image refuses to center. My site can be found here and issue is towards the bottom of the home page, *Login to see link

As you can see I have very much step-by-step followed the tutorial for now, with identical settings throughout, yet the image behind the buttons always sets to fixed left instead of centering as it should. I have tried various sized images with mixed results, and different settings for the positioning. Center center / top center etc. None of them seem to actually center the image.

Any help appreciated before I go digging through the code.

1) ok, why only for the first phone number? the fax is ok..
2) yes i do, image 512×512 px!! but nothing… for icon site and favicon…

Full screen is completely set by whatever screen you have. 1800 is just a good size for a lot of screens but if you look at the site on huge screen it will still have to stretch.

When I got on your site I see that you are using version “3.9.9” of wordpress?? Thats really behind? Why are you not updating?

In your slider settings you have set custom grid sizes for all screens? Are you really wanting that? Unless you are working and testing I recommend you keep it off.
Your about page slider is set at 868 are you wanting me to make it 600?

in all but your home page slider your second slide is set to use “fade” as the transition. Do you know that you need to set the default or set the transition for each slide.

Ah… think I might have found a solution 🙂

Back last spring, I had a similar iPad problem on another site and you suggested I added this to the CSS:

header .nav-trigger .nav-trigger-case {
  position: static;
}

Just tried that on the offchance and it worked!!!

Only thing now is it is now far left. Any way to float (or something) it right?

some of you have tested virtue premium with windows 10 and microsoft edge?
1) footer telephone contact ( only one of two ) is emphasized (It’s a link). This view is correct with chrome , firefox and internet explorer. why?
2) the favicon with microsoft edge is not visible , also the site icon (usually visible on the label’s page)

Hey,
The theme is only 5mb so if you’ve set the limit to 150M then it’s not working on your site. You can click media > add new and in the bottom left corner see the max upload size.

I strongly suggest contacting your host and getting your upload size above 5mb so you can upload the theme, ftp is not constant and often doesn’t upload all of the files, Especially on lower end servers. If you use ftp you need to enable a check of all files to make sure the upload completely goes through.
