I have the following issue: on mobile devices the mobile menu appears for a second and then dissapears again…. The ‘hamburger’ icon is showing but the menu is not!
I tried to dissable all the plugins to see if there was one that could be the bad boy but with no result.
What is going wrong?

Thank you so much. Worded perfectly.

FYI – I am using the Virtue theme for non-e-commerce purposes on my site. Virtue is more efficient to work with and seems to have more theme options than other themes.

I will also be using Virtue for e-commerce.

Hey,
I don’t suggest wordpress unless your using a higher end server. It’s too heavy for most value shared servers.

I looked at your site.. your using “qTranslate-X” which takes tons from a server also.. you would need a lot to run this site.

What type of server do you have?

Hi Ben!

I’ve contacted my domain holder and he quadrupled my php memory limit but it’s still happening. Not as often it seems but still problems.

What I also noticed is that when I open a widget it’s empty but on the website you do see what’s in the widget. For example a product filter. But as soon as I select the widget to write something, it will go blank on my website as well… I rewrote it yesterday but as soon as I save it, it’s empty again. As long as I don’t touch the empty space, it still shows on my website. But when I want to add something, I have to start all over again.

Any tips? I can call my provider again too.

Its ok Ben. I reinstalled WordPress and I’m starting from scratch….I think i made some changes to that test site months ago that I can’t remember so I just did a clean install. Now to rebuild. Can’t wait for your update with Revolution V5. Thanks again.

That can also depend on what widget your using. best to post a link to your site so we can see what your doing.

Ok, I still not sure I get it but lets start with this. In your site that isn’t working deactivate whatever plugin your using that is adding lazy load.

Then let me know if that changes anything.

I have tried different things like deactivated all plugins and deleting and reinstalling the theme and child theme among other things. The last thing to do would be to reinstall WordPress but I wanted to know if you can take a look first because all the plugins work, the other theme functions work such as background colors, font size, etc and the site used to work fine for months. Ben,

I just exported/imported the URL from one setting to the other.

I didn’t clean the cache originally, but since you asked I used WP Super Cache plugin and there was only super cache to be cleaned, which I cleaned.

Regarding the two blogs, the server is the same and I have only ONE WordPress installation for them with “multi-site” enabled. Virtue theme was installed on the network (i.e., applies to all our WordPress) and enabled / configured in one blog (http://en.euterpe.blog.br/), where it works perfectly. Later I replicated the layout to the other blog on my network (http://euterpeb.blog.br/), where these problems persist.

Now, regarding the problem on page 3, I accessed its HTML source code (http://euterpe.blog.br/page/3), and an error message appeared at the bottom:

Call to undefined method WP_Image_Editor_Imagick::get_error_message() in <b>/home/euter250/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/aq_resizer.php</b>on line <b>157</b>

It seems some problem with some featured image from some post on this page, but I still don’t know which one.

And the other problems with any of the posts persist (it doesn’t affect pages, nevertheless, like http://euterpe.blog.br/livros-e-sites.

Any idea from here?
