    Hi there,

    I’m trying to work out why the display styles for this widget aren’t working.

    I’m using Page Builder (SiteOrigin), and the config looks like this:

    However, no matter which style I choose, the gallery looks the same. Furthermore, there is no Lightbox.

    Link to the page:

    Currently set to ‘Mosaic’

    Hi,
    I’m using virtue premium theme and WPPIZZA plugin. But the issue is that my orders are not being processed. It gives me this error “Apologies. There was an error receiving your order. Please try again.

    phpmailer: | Array ( [type] => 8 [message] => Trying to get property of non-object [file] => /home1/dankdash/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wppizza/classes/wppizza.send-emails.inc.php [line] => 965 )”

    My site url is:

    Thanks Ben – this is what was causing the issue. After the folder was deleted on the server Page Builder was successfully reinstalled and worked as advertised. Interestingly, several gremlins that were showing up on the site and causing a huge headache disappeared as soon as Page Builder was reinstalled again. I’ve not clue how Page Builder disappeared in the first place, but now that it’s back all is well.

    thanks very much for your assistance.

    Hi Ben,
    Do you mean that the frontside keeps looking as always and only when I edit old or new post I will affect the appearance?
    Because I installed the Classic Editor and the plugin that prevent the Gutenberg installation but my doubt was only related to the appearance of old posts.
    It doesn’t matter to learn a new way of editing the posts that’s part of modernization, just I don’t want to put hands on oldest content because it’s a huge quantity. Also, my clients are scared of this innovation because their sites have a plenty of posts too.
    Thanks, for your answer.

    I have been using the Wufoo forms shortcodes on my site for a long time and just noticed that they are no longer appearing, here is a sample page:

    The shortcode is as follows:

    [wufoo username=”sbmar” formhash=”** HASH CODE HIDDEN **” autoresize=”true” height=”1465″ header=”show” ssl=”true”]

    The code outputs the following on the page:

    <div id="wufoo-xecj5li0dhi1i6"></div>
    <noscript><iframe height="1465" allowTransparency="true" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" style="width:100%;border:none;"src=" href=" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Fill out my Wufoo form!</a></iframe>
    </noscript>
    </div>

    I tested the output code on an HTML editor and the form appeared OK.

    Any help is appreciated…

    Thanks! Corey

    Hi, I’m trying to use Gutenberg with Virtue Premium on a couple of different sites, and mostly it’s working fine (thank you!). I do notice one weird glitch that I think might be theme related vs. a Gutenberg bug. When I caption a photo using the image block in Gutenberg it looks fine on the back end, but when I look at the page on the front end, the words in the caption are all stacked on top of each other vertically. I can send screenshots if needed. Thanks! Julie

    Hey Dave, I’m not sure I understand. Sorry about that.

    When I look at your site I see icons added in the topbar through the theme options > topbar settings. Two of the images show. Here is one for example:

    https://meadowcroft-dyeworks.com/wp-content/uploads/about.png

    And the three do not because those images don’t seem to be on your site any longer. For example: https://meadowcroft-dyeworks.com/wp-content/uploads/My-Account.png

    If that isn’t the area you are talking about would it be possible for you to send a sceenshot?

    Hey,
    I’m not sure what you are wanting so I am confused. You can set a size for when columns “break” down for mobile in the page builder settings on your site.

    Yes, virtue has some bootstrap css in it but you can load bootstrap externally and use any of it’s css to style your site.

    Yes, I understand that. But something was done incorrectly or a step was missed in order for that to be an issue. Did you run a search and replace on your site to change all instances of http to https? That is covered in the post.

    Looks like you didn’t fully implement the SSL on your site. I suggest taking a look at this post to make sure you added SSL to your site correctly:

    Let me know if that’s helpful.

    It appears that the images are no longer linking correctly. Did you rename them or delete them from your site?

    Try adding this CSS to Theme Options> Custom CSS:

    img.ascend-logo {
        min-height: 200px;
    }

    If that doesn’t work for you, then please post a link and I can fix the CSS for your site.

    Hi,

    On mobile on my site the normal navigation header is showing as well as the mobile header. Also the desktop kadence slider is showing as well as the mobile slider.

    I’ve checked all my settings in the theme options and everything seems to be set as it should be.

    Thanks
    Shaun
