All of your content is trying to load from: http://www.magdalenastampfer.pl/kinesiologie/ instead of: http://www.magdalenastampfer.pl/

    See this example:

    http://www.magdalenastampfer.pl/kinesiologie/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4

    http://www.magdalenastampfer.pl/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4

That means somewhere in your site settings you have this set up incorrectly.

    Hello,

If you added this bit of CSS:

    .postid-4674 .widget_sow-image .widget-title {
        font-size: 12px;
    }

It will only effect the post with the ID of 4674, and no other post on your site. That would be the reason you’re not seeing it effect your draft.

    Hi Magdalena,
I’m seeing quite a few 500 internal server errors on your polish site. Have you tried contacting your host about this?

    Hello,

I have Virtue Premium running on my site http://www.magdalenastampfer.at (this domain leads to http://www.praxis1080.at/kinesiologie).
This is running fine and everything is OK.
I installed Polylang correctly and can translate everything I want, but the Polish site http://www.magdalenastampfer.pl
looks horrible – as if no layout or css works whatsoever.

I have no idea which setting is preventing the page to look good in Polish and would very
    much appreciate your help. Thanks!

    Magdalena

I’m seeing a couple errors on your site saying the access to the font has been blocked. Have you tried contacting your host to see if this is a permissions issue? I would suggest starting there. Let me know if they’re unable to help.

    Hi:
I recently moved a site from one host to a new host and the transition went very well. There is one glitch however.

On the page located at you will see there is a carousel that only has the navigation (left/right arrows) showing to go to the left. Prior to moving the site, both the left and right arrows worked.

I am hoping you can point me in the right direction (okay, bad pun) to get the right arrow to appear.

    Thanks,

    Jim

Hi Hannah – I had already installed the slider pro, just FYI.

One question: I don’t see the “archives” on my site in the menu area. Like this one here. Seems this content was not imported.

    Hi,
I am using the most recent version of WordPress and Virtue Premium. I have the search enabled on the main menu. The search icon appears on the www. version of my site, but is not showing on the site if I type in the url without www.

Do you know why that would be? any way to fix it? Is it a server issue?
    Thanks.

    Hey David,
You can do this on a post by post basis by using custom css with post id’s. Or you can make it site-wide by removing the post id’s from the css. Can you post a link so I can see how you’ve added your images/captions?
    Thanks!

    Hi Hannah,

Yes, correct. I would like to keep the pages I created (before I installed your product) which are already in the site (if possible). If not, it’s not a big deal.

And I just want the site as it is per the demo site on the website you have, that I mentioned earlier.

You may want to also check with Ben as he was the one who mentioned (maybe an hour ago) that he would also do this.

You just want someone to login and reset your site, then download the demo content? Is that right? If you send login info I can do that for you.

Hi Hannah – Not sure who, but someone from the team there offered to just upload a fresh install of the demo I am using as my starting point.

    http://themes.kadencethemes.com/ascend-premium-3/shop/

I said “yes” as that demo is the exact format I need, and then I can just change colors and content.

My only question is when would they be able to do it as I really need to show some progress on this site to my client by tomorrow morning.

    Thanks!

    Hi Sean,
I’m also not seeing white space. Did you use the wp reset and start fresh?
You can attach a screenshot using a site like this: https://postimages.org/

    Thanks for the reply.
I enabled WooCommerce and switched to products.
In addition to that, I installed the Kadence WooCommerce SiteOrigin Builder plugin and now I’m very close to the design my customer is looking for.
Just had to open another topic though, because I can’t find options to enable some sort of product navigation…

    Thanks,

    Christian

    Hi there,

I’m using the “Kadence WooCommerce SiteOrigin Builder” Plugin to build some WooCommerce Templates and would like to add product navigation arrows to the single product template.

The Pinnacle Theme provides the option to show the arrows next to the page title, but I don’t use the title and they show up at the wrong place anyway.
Is there a shortcode or widget I can use in the product template?
Ideally it would just navigate inside the selected catagory and return to the category archive page when the last product was reached.

    Thanks,

    Christian Toller

Hi Ben – Yes, I did as I thought it might overwrite with the “correct” information. I have figured out (by just copying the html from the demo site) how to make the footer look correct. But the white space still shows up. How could I send a screen shot?

    #199287

    Hey,
If you have content already existing on the site wordpress can’t import widgets exactly because of how widgets work inside wordpress.

If you go to appearance > widgets all the demo widgets would be imported but may not be in the exact spot they should be so you may need to drag items into the correct location.

It’s also worth noting that the menu widget may not always import with a selected menu item, you would just need to edit the widget and select a menu from the dropdown. This also has to do with how menu ids work in wordpress.

If it helps, I would be happy to import a demo site for you and I can make sure it’s going into a completely clean install and that all the widgets are added. I would just need a login.

    Hey,
Based on your link it looks like you imported multiple times, you have duplicates of content. It’s best to only run the importer once. If you need or want to get a different demo you need to reset the site using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/

That would help with the content. I currently don’t see the empty space you mentioned.
