    Okay – I tried as you suggested and added the icon box shortcode but it looks terrible – not a patch on the info box widget
    And also with the shortcodes you can’t go back in to change/edit – you have to either memorize all the code or start it all again from scratch. And this just won’t work on this current site.

    So………is there a way I can add a hover colour to the info box widget and specify that it be different (like it is with the image menus above)

    I think what you are giving me here is for popups. I decided not to do a popup. Just a side widget “subscribe”. The Mailchimp site connection code I did put in footer output after enabling as you instructed. Mailchimp did a check and my site is connected now.

    Right now I am trying to get the colors chosen from Mailchimp to show up on side widget. Three things not correct:
    1. date; year is on 2nd line
    2. color within the box doesn’t show
    3. subscribe button color doesn’t show

    Hey,
    I’m not seeing what you mean, When I view your site it’s always a small 600px image. There is no high definition image, nothing really clear loads. If you click on the link I posted above to your original image it’s the same that I see in your lightbox. It’s not very large and not very clear.

    Can you perhaps send me a screen shot of what you are seeing?

    I have a website that is using the internal password protected page feature through WordPress. However, when accessing the page from the front end, the text is pushed up right below the page header with no white space. Is there a way I can add some padding below the home page header so there is some white space between the header image and the beginning of the text? I’m using Ascend theme. The website is offutlakehaven.com. Here is a screen shot:

    Nice one, Kevin – yes that works.
    I tried that on the dev site and the menu button appears for mobile.

    I’ve reviewed the style.css for the child theme and I can’t see anything that would prevent the mobile menu from showing. The extract from function.php above doesn’t look like it would affect the mobile menu. Any other thoughts?

    I am trying to see whether I prefer image menu or info box on a site’s homepage.
    Is there a way to add a hover colour to the info box – as right now it just has the shadow but not hover colour..

    Also if there is a way to add hover, can I make it hover red then blue then red etc…

    Lets check one more area in your site just to confirm that you’ve assigned the category to the products. In your admin, under WooCommerce, navigate to Products> Categories.

    Open the category that you’re wanting to show in the carousel. Are all of the products that you want to show in the carousel assigned to the category there?

    Hi Team,
    Because of the way I have constructed the carousel gallery above the banner image using commands in functions.php, I suspect I have messed up the ability to add a logo.

    On this site, I have added a logo but it shows up as huge and I have therefore set display: none. I tried max-width: 10%; but that reduced the size of the carousel pictures too!

    Is there away to add the logo into the white space above the sitewide banner without corrupting the display?

    I want to set up Mailchimp in my Virtue Child Theme. I have a mailchimp account now, with a code they want me to paste into the theme header.php before close tag. Not certain what the steps are. I want to put a signup on homepage and side widgets on the other pages.

    Before putting in that code, I played with the MC form builder and added one as a widget. But the color setup I used inside Mailchimp is not showing up on website. Don’t know how to add it any page that doesn’t have side widgets. Please advice. Thanks.

    We are adult product ecommerce website using Virtue premium theme, we need help.
    1. I create blog post but it doesn’t show feature Image. How can I make the feature Image shown as prior post? Please follow the link to see the issue., You see the recent post have no feature image.:

    2. I create two pages but I have problem with the category image icon section that I create.
    On Adult Toys for Women, For Men and For Couple Page:
    Scroll down to Shop Adult Toys by Categories, the Icon menu are separate between the Image and the title when we hover on them. I want these to be clickable link on every icon. How can we put together the image and title together as one clickable unknit? What would be the best practice to create them?

    Also, on Sex Toys Page:
    Scroll down to Sex Toys Categories You Might Like Section, it is the same problem here. the Icon menu are separate between the Image and the title when we hover on them.     Hi, I know that there are various posts about this issues and similar, but I could not quite find an answer.

    I’m using woocommerce and woo-extras plugin.

    The first issue I’m facing is that when in a product, when i click the picture so I can get that greyed site and the image on top with the side arrows, for a second I can get a good resolution image, and right after it is replaced with a smaller one and all blurred.

    I don’t know if i’m setting everthing ok. On woo extras I set the product to 1000px. On site costumizer I have 1000 and 400 for the thumnails (which I don’t know if thumbnails are set here – they seem a bit big still).

    I’ve regenerated this product images, and can’t resolve this.

    Also: with 1000px images, the magnifier doesn’t work. What’s the maximum size for the magnifier?

    Hello Ben,

    I’m sorry this is causing you so much trouble.

    1. I have added this code to the site ( you can check it), but it causes the desktop version to go haywire. I guess I will just leave it as it is. Without it, its a much better option overall.

    2. Sorry about this frustration; its all based on previous code I was given here : https://www.kadencewp.com/support-forums/topic/mobile-tablet-tweaks/ …. It was all working well previously. I don’t know what caused the change.
    I removed the code as you mentioned above presently; and in all devices, the dropdown is not running the full length of the ADD TO CART button now. Is there any other way I can make it look consistent in all devices and make it run the full length of the ADD TO CART button?
