    Hello,

    Hey,
    The contact form uses your hosts default mail server Some servers don’t have a default server and in that case, you would have to use a plugin like WP SMTP Email to configure your own mail server.

    Based on what your saying it sounds like your site that isn’t sending just doesn’t have a default mail server.

    Your hosting provider would be able to give you more details.

    Hi,

    I have two websites using the Pinnacle Pro. The contact form from amps.ro is sending the message, the contact form from franzoesisch-zurich.ch is not sending the message.

    I deactivated all plugins on franzoesisch-zurich.ch, no result. I installed Contact 7 plugin with WP SMTP Email and I managed to send messages from Gmail. But this is only a temporary measure.

    Any other suggestion?
    Why amps.ro is working and the other not?

    I strongly suggest you not do this, Forcing one to the bottom would break the natural layout and would be awkward for a user because the item would jump. It’s also a massive hack on the layout and can very easily cause issues down the road if you make changes. And so this can’t be something we continually support if you break it.

    However, it’s your site to do with as you wish so here is the css:

    Hi again Ben,

    Right, I’ve now created a fresh product page with only a Kadence Gallery and Ascend Carousel below the product …but the issue remains the same.

    Hello Virtue by Kadence Themes,

    When I load my shop page on my mobile phone, only the first ten product images appear and the images afterwards do not. I don’t believe this is an issue with slowly loading the images, as even after waiting, the images don’t come up – as if they cannot be accessed. Please use this link and access my site using your web-mobile device to see my issue. You will see that the eleventh item “Doritos, Nacho Cheese” has no image appearing. This is important to me as I intend for this site to be accessed primarily by Web-Mobile.

    Hello Kadence team,

    I have just revisited a product page on my site after some time, while working on other content and it is now behaving very oddly!

    When selecting a variation, it triggers is a massive gap between the variations and the price. Also, the main product image appears to reduce in size slightly. This appears to be an issue on mobile as well as desktop.

    Any guidance would be very gratefully received …as ever!

    You can do this with some javsacript to force it to work. The javascript would look like this:

    Then you would link to the tab ID. If you can post a link to your site I can tell you want that is.

    I have a sidebar on 2 blogs – one site it appears where it should, the other it appears at the bottom. I have compared settings in both sites and everything appears the same. I have checked for plugins that may be causing problems but I haven’t many installed and those I do don’t seem to be causing the problem.
    Please can you help

    Are the logos the same size images? Will there only ever be two languages for this site or will you have three?

    Hey,
    Thanks for posting, I can assure you this doesn’t have to do with the theme or it’s the latest update.

    The following publicly cacheable, compressible resources should have a “Vary: Accept-Encoding” header:

    This is not talking about the header of your theme, it’s the header of your HTTP request. And that “Vary: Accept-Encoding” isn’t something any theme sets. It’s something your server controls and you control through a caching plugin.

    From the look of your site, most of the delay is coming from your images that are not loading. You have 4 images on the home page that is not loading because they are 404 can’t be found. So the load delay is largely where the browser is trying to locate those files and your server is timing out in presenting them.

    See here in the output of your site’s loading:

    So your next step is to find out why those images are not on your server. This is would be a good question to ask your hosting provider since they have access to your server and can see. Its possible permissions are blocking those images or you’ve accidentally removed but your host can tell you details.

    You really need a caching plugin on your site.

    Hi again

    When I looked at my site on my 15″ laptop, the home gallery (using the Portfolio Full option on the Home Layout Manager) showed only 2 columns, left aligned and a space where the 3rd column should have been, and there was a similar effect on the individual portfolio post gallery widget, with one left aligned column and a space where the 2nd column should have been. The titles were aligned centre correctly above them.

    This does not happen on my tablet or my desktop computer. Any ideas, please?
