    How do you make the font size for comments and for the date of the comment bigger? Here’s a comment example from my site:
    e/2018/04/why-go-to-mass/#virtue_comments

    I’d like it to be a few px larger, maybe the same size used for the commentor’s name.

    There is a javascript error keeping the site from loading, I can’t tell where it’s coming from because you have “autoptimize” minify enabled. Turn that off while testing.

    Let me know when it’s off.

    Hey,
    It’s not required for polylang to work. Polylang has permalink settings.

    I tested your site and tried the Easy WP SMTP. Sending test mails and the test mail won’t send. It’s not set up correctly?

    On the website I am building, I have a page with two rows of 4 SiteOrigin Editors each with icon-box shortcode with the same background, color, hcolor, hbackground settings – color=”#000000″ background=”#ffffff” hcolor=”#000000″ hbackground=”#ffffff”. No links. The rows have a background color of #FFF.

    Then on the same page, lower down, I have a second one row setup with 6 Site Origin Editors with icon-box shortcode (2 rows of editors in the same row) with different settings – color=”#ffffff” background=”#2d5c88″ hcolor=”#57c1e6″. Live Links. The row has a background color of #2d5c88.

    The page looks okay. Then sometimes, randomly, in any browser, a random site editor from the first group, has the background color #2d5c88 and shows the link to a: hover color when there should be none.

    I don’t know what is going on. Cleared the caches. Made the background cell and row the appropriate colors to no avail.

    Just randomly happens.

    I meant your cache on your site via plugin.

    You can post a login here. Just mark as private and then only Kadence Themes will see it.

    Hello Kevin!

    I use Ascend premium theme by an other website, where I use the secondary navigation menu as well. There I had the same problem, where You (orr Hannah) adviced me to use the following css code, in order to reduce menu fonts in smaller resolution:


    @media     (max-width: 1520px) {
    ul#menu-main-shopping li a {
    font-size: 14px;
    }
    }

    I’d like to ask, if you can give me a similar shortcode for the primary nav to use…?

    Kevin is correct you only need one license and you can use on multiple sites. So would you like me to refund your second license purchase from today?

    I did look at your account which has two API licenses currently. One for your purchase from today and one for the purchase from last June. I’m seeing both of those api keys showing on your account page. The two sites connected are both under your first api key purchased in June. Does that clarify better?

    Hey Patrick,

    You actually can use a single API key for as many sites as you like. The license is unlimited, so if you’re paying for each site individually, this is something that we’ll have to fix when Ben sees this.

    Sorry you feel that way. We find that the forum is much easier for us, since if there was an email, only one person would have access to it, and queries would take longer to respond to. With the forum, Hannah, Ben, or I can check the posts at our own discretion and have a chance to respond as fast as possible.

    I’ll flag this thread for a developer followup so that Ben can assist asap.

    I have purchased your Ascent Premium for 3 different websites, the last purchase was today 4/6/2018. Yet my API section only shows my previous 2 websites API Keys and not the latest purchase for another website that should be good for 1 year from today’s date. Please add my new API key for my purchase made today.

    Also, since I am using the same template on 3 different websites, am I allowed to update the latest version on the other two after the year of support has expired? As long as I purchased another copy and I am not asking for help, just wondering if I am forced to renew every single year for every single site?

    Last, it really sucks you can’t give an e-mail to your PAYING customers instead of forcing us to go through this forum.

    Hello Kadence team

    We are using the Pinnacle Pro theme on two websites: http://www.volirium.com and http://www.flytec-balloon.com

    On those two sites, we have four contact forms:



    Unfortunately, as I just found out, none of them works. I filled in each of them, but did not receive any email messages in the configured account.

    To send mails, we use Easy WP SMTP. Sending test mails from that plugin works fine.

    What’s interesting is that the forms behave differently between volirium.com and flytec-balloon.com when I click on “Send Email”. On volirium.com, the page just reloads, with an empty form. On flytec-balloon.com, the page reloads with the message “your message has been sent”. But neither email arrives.

    How can I debug this? Are there any logs that I can check to see where things break down?

    It’s definitely a robust plugin with a lot of great features, but you do have to pick and choose which best fit your site’s needs.

    I wish I had better suggestions, but SEO certainly is not my specialty. Do let us know if you get stuck though, and we’ll do our best to help.

    Hey,

    What Ben means is that when copying text from an outside source, such as another website or microsoft office etc.., some of the previous styling may be incorrectly copied from the source to your site. This can be avoided mostly by pasting any copied text to the text side of the wordpress editor.

    1. What is the code that you’re referring to? It totally depends on how it’s written and what it’s targeting.

    2. I removed all custom CSS and the problem still persists. I don’t believe this issue has anything to do with custom code, css or otherwise. It appears to be an issue with your page builder content.

    If you want to post a login in a private reply, I’ll take a look at the admin of your site to see if the issue is obvious.

    It only every depends on what you want to set up, if you’re just wanting to setup through Yoast then that’s all you need. There are tons of sites you can verify with so it’s hard to answer the question.
