The problem is I can’t use the ad widget unless I use the Logo Left Widget Layout. And that shrinks my logo.

Hannah gave me this code to use which is working beautifully. It was so center a widget in the footer.

text-align: center;
}Now I have added another widget and it is also placing it centered, which is exactly what I want. However, the distance between the first and second widget is huge. Need to reduce a bit.
Your suggestion? I have tried inserting a line for padding, but nothing I use seems to work.

My issue is with the header….again. 🙂 Here is where I am.
Theme Options> Main Settings> Logo Options> Logo Layout
I am currently using the Logo Half Layout for my header. Love it!
But I want to place an add in the header. So I switch to the Logo Left Widget Layout. That shrinks the logo and places the Primary Navigation Menu to just above the slider.
Is there a nifty little css code I can use to add the Ad Space to the Logo Half Layout? (my preference)

I added the css in your theme options > custom css box.

Hmm, I can’t think of anything better that is built in, but I may look to add just a custom carousel that would let you drop whatever widgets you wanted into that section.

In forum: Ascend ThemeYou have to add it to a widget area and turn it off in your menu is you want it to appear after the extras.
So add the widget to a headers extras widget and turn if off in your menu settings.
Then in your theme options drag the header extras into the order you want them to appear.

You can add the virtue testimonial carousel widget to your home widget area from Appearance > Widgets. Then enable the home widget area from Theme Options > Home Layout.

Installed Ascend Premium, WPLM, and would like to add WPML Language Switcher after the header extras.
Currently, this language switcher is between the hearder menu and extra, but would like to move it to after the header extras.
Tried to add this language switcher to the “widget area”, but no affect.

Hello,
For a blog carousel to show on your home page, rather than use the home latest posts, try enabling the home widget area.
Then go to Appearance> Widgets and add an “Ascend Carousel” to the widget area. Configure the carousel to show posts as needed, and you should be set.
Does that work for you?

ok, I see you are running this in Gutenberg and not the classic editor. Currently, to use Siteorigin widgets and call dynamic widgets you have to use the classic editor, else the output gets all crazy because of autowrapping by Gutenberg. The Gutenberg team is working on a fix for this that will make it possible in the future but right now it’s why you are seeing the issue.
You can install the classic editor plugin or what I suggest is that if you want to use Gutenberg you go ahead and use Kadence Blocks which is designed for Gutenberg.

There is a bunch of p tags breaking up the page. This happens when one is left open. Or when some auto-wrapping is being added at the end of building the content.I can’t really tell you what is creating the issue without being able to see the backend settings. Can you send a temp login. You can use “set as private reply”.
When using a carousel widget all the images are cropped square. But we have a new block in Kadence Blocks Pro (included with virtue premium) that lets to have more control over a post carousel.
