Pinnacle Premium / Woo Extras / Woo TemplatesHi there,
I’m using WooTemplates for my archive pages and would like to add a link to the parent category or breadcrumbs.
For example on this pageEnabling “Show Breadcrumbs on Archives” in Theme Options doesn’t affect the custom templates.
And I don’t see a widget that would add this.Any ideas?
Thanks,

March 14, 2019 at 2:36 pm #219829Hey,
PLease in the fueture create your own topic. Also it’s best to post a link 🙂In elementor you need to use a html widget not a heading widget and then add:
<h2><a data-toggle="modal" data-target="#kt-modal-12">This would be an example</a></h2>Ben

The only odd thing that I’m seeing is that the layout builder widget contains another layout builder widget, instead of just adding the widgets to the initial layout builder.
Try instead just adding them to the initial layout builder widget and let me know if that makes a difference.

March 13, 2019 at 1:48 pm #219666Hey,
1. Are you in the customizer or the theme options? Have you tried in both? Can you send a login so I can see this? (you can use set as private reply.2. If you want my opinion I would suggest not using file looking backgrounds. But design is about opinions so someone might really like that.
2a. you can use this css:
.second-nav-container { margin-left: 0; padding-left: 0; }2b. you can use this css:
.second-navclass .sf-menu>li:after { display: none; }2c. you can use this css:
.above-footer-widgets .widget-title:before, .footer-widget-title:before, .kt-title:before, .sidebar .widget-title:before { display: none; }3. No, only use a child theme if you need to change code files, adding css it’s not required or needed.
4. For your clients they can use your License, it means they come to you for support. If for example you were no longer working with them or you wanted them to come to us for support then they would need to get there own license but as long as they are your client the license is valid for them.
If you cancel your license then the customer will get a notice in there admin that the license isn’t active and they are not getting updates. It’s then up to the client to decide if they want to ignore the message or get a license of there own 🙂
I hope that helps!
Ben

Kevin,
I think your original design might be better. If I put a header widget there, it will come too close to the menu. Having the menu above slider is better, I think. Easier to see. Then I can place my book at in the Header Widget.
No need to change.
Thank you,

It is showing now. ;). Very strange. I changed it. Got out and then reselected “Header with Widget” – and now it’s visible. Strange.
So that placed the Main Navigation Menu above the Slider and not at the top. Can I write some CSS code to put the menu back at the top right, or do you prefer it go above the slider as shown?
Thank you, Kevin.

Hannah,
Thank you for the response.
Well, that’s my problem. In Appearance> Widgets….there is no option for header widget.
I only have:
Instagram Slider – Shortcode Generator
Primary Sidebar
sidebar1
Top Widget
Home Widget Area
Footer Column 1, 2, 3, 4Am I missing something?

Thanks Hannah,
That fixed the top part. But the gap between the two images is still there.
How do I get rid of the gap below the header image and the next image right below it?
In the home widget area I am using layout builder with two visual editor widgets.https://www.screencast.com/t/ero43SqX0
Thanks.
