Hi again,
I’ve put a Language Switcher (WPML) in the Mobile Top Icon Bar Widget Area. It worked but is aligned in the middle of the top icon bar. I would prefer to have it aligned right in mobiles and pads.
I have tried:
.wpml-ls-native
{ text-transform: uppercase;
color: #444444;
align-items: right;}Hope you can help me!

Hi Carolina,
Do you mean this demo- http://themes.kadencethemes.com/ascend-premium-2/ ?
That is done using the split content widget. You can enable the home widget area from the homepage layout manager in theme options, then add the widget from Appearance > Widgets.
Hope that helps!Hannah

I still think this would be best to use a page builder plugin for so it looks better in mobile, but try this CSS in Theme Options> Advanced Settings:
@media (min-width: 767px) { .row .home-margin.home-padding.kad-animation { width: 105%; } .row .home-margin.home-padding.kad-animation .home-widget-area-widget { min-height: 300px; } }I also adjusted your h3 fonts to match the other site.

It’s about replacing what you have with something else. So not adding. Looks like your current script is in the footer widget area in a visual editor widget.Ben
In forum: Membership ForumsHi Kadence, can I use the Kadence Widget Dock plugin with any theme? I’ve installed it on a website using Pinnacle Free theme and the option page isn’t showing into the admin area.
I’ve tried to access directly the option page with the link (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ktwidgetdockpoptions&tab=1) but it says it’s restricted (“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”). The Widget Dock Widget Area is shown properly on the widget page.
Thanks

Hey,
There isn’t a built-in function to add a specific category slider to the home slider. A workaround could be to enable your home widget area at the top of your homepage layout manager (theme options > home layout) then from appearance > widgets you could add a virtue: carousel widget to your home widget area. That will allow you to choose a specific category and display them in a single column like a slider. Would that work for you?Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Topbar Reconfiguration
Hey,
Instead of adding them via the icon menu, I suggest enabling your topbar widget area in Theme Options> topbar Settings, “enable widget area in right of Topbar?”
Then, navigate to Appearance> Widgets, and add your social icons to the topbar widget area.
Does that work for you?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Blog Page: Use Grid Layout with Sidebar
It depends on how the plugin adds the feed. It should be either through a widget or shortcode, and either option would be compatible with the theme footer widget areas.
The theme doesn’t have any control over that plugin so whether or not it’s worth the purchase is up to you. You could search for free plugins that offer the same functionality, but I’m not aware of any off the top of my head.

Just so I’m clearly understanding, everything else about the page is correct? You just need the instagram plugin to show above your footer?
One thing that may work for you is to use a footer layout that has a widget area stretch across the top of your footer. You can set this in Theme Options> Footer> “Footer Widget Layout.” Just select one of the far right options, and footer widget area 1 will show above all other widgets.
Does that help?

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: transparency on text editor
Hello
I’d like the white background of the siteorigin editor widget containing the testimonial to be 50% transparent.
*Login to see linkIs there any online course you can recommend for learning how to identify the correct area, so that I don’t have to always ask?
Thank you, Carrie

Hello, Kevin! How do I change the bold text in the footer area to regular text? Also for the vcard widget in the footer the icons appear to be black, how do I change the icons to white, so that they can display correctly?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Origin Site Builder or Theme Options
Hello,
You can use both the home layout manager and page builder. Wherever you place “page content” in your home layout is where your page builder content will show.
You can also add page builder content to your home widget area if you’d like a second content area. Place the widget area wherever you like in the home layout manager and that will determine the content placement.
Hopefully that answers your question.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi, Ben,
I am confused. I have set up my Theme Options. In the documentation, I now notice that I can use Site Builder by Origin to layout HOME page.
How do you use both? Or am I support to use one or the other.
Second question, there is a Home Widget Area option on Home Page Layout. I enable. If I use Site Builder to layout widgets…how do I reorder the widget areas with fixed Theme Option areas?
Thank you,
PamP.S. I used documentation at this link: *Login to see link

.kt-header-extras li.menu-widget-area-kt { display: flex; } .kt-header-extras .kt-above-lg-widget-area .widget-inner { display: flex; align-items: center; } .kt-header-extras .textwidget a { padding:0; } .kt-header-extras .kt-above-lg-widget-area { padding-right: 10px; } .kt-header-extras .kt-second-header-widget-area .kt-above-lg-widget-area:last-child { padding-right: 0; }In forum: Ascend ThemeIn forum: Ascend ThemeHi,
Thanks, great Theme and I’m still learning!I want to achieve the same Header design as this design here using Widgets, but I’m finding this difficult to achieve, I’ve tried adding extra Widgets into the two available Header Widgets i.e. ‘Header Extra Widgets Area’ and the ‘Header Extra Widgets Area (Second), but any extra Widgets added sit below the existing Widget, how can I remedy this please?
ThanksIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: above footer widget area
Hello,
That is actually not a part of your footer widget area. That’s your home widget area. The easiest way to add those widgets to other pages would be through the use of page builder:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/This will allow you to place the widgets on other pages anywhere you like.
Does that work for you?
