2 sites, same server, cannot import theme options

Hello,
I want to move the site *Login to see link to *Login to see link . I uploaded the files and database, and when I try to import the theme options I get the error ”There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”
I also tried to to update the new theme site step by step, but there are options for which I get same error.
When I try to copy the options I get the following error: ”Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”
The hosting service is HostGator
