3 concerns regarding header and main menu

Hi Hannah, hi Ben !

I have 3 concerns regarding my website header and main menu, I really tried searching through your Forums beforehand.
I hope you guys will be able to fix my issues. A link to my website : http://www.larene-boxe.com

1) I’d like the same header as this website : *Login to see link
-> right-sided
-> no Hover but a change of color font when the mouse is on the header items
-> a message in the middle (for instance : “free shipping …”)

2) I’d like the main menu items to be on the middle/left, close to the logo, except for the cart and the search (still as *Login to see link

3) And finally, I’d like to have a border (line?) below the main menu and above the page title like this : *Login to see link
(currently : *Login to see link , I’m not really digging the white/white stuff…)
