Accordion Title Icon alignment issue

Hello,
I’m having an issue where the accordion title icon is misaligned relative to the title text and and pane trigger icons. The title icon is higher than the text and trigger icons (see attached photo). So far I haven’t found any settings to fix this. Am I missing something?
