ACF Repeater Block – image is not displaying – also link is giving me an error

I am creating a pattern using a repeater block. The repeater consists of a title, an image and a URL.
I am able to get the title to display.
However the image is not getting displayed.
I see the option to select the repeater field when setting the image dynamically. Yet it does not display.
One step further, if I want to link the image to the url field of the repeater I get an error message that it is not valid json.
