Ad Bar at bottom of my Site

Hi Kadence,
A few months ago, I noticed that an ad bar has been added to the bottom of my website without my consent. I have no idea how it got there, and I realised that I have been receiving tons of spam enquiries through my website since then, though I’m not entirely sure if it was caused by this ad bar or some kind of malware.
