Add 'data-delay' to animation classes

Hi Ben,
Would you consider using the ‘data-delay’ attribute in the functions for the ‘kt-animate-fade-*’ classes in kt-main.js?
Right now only kad-animation used the ‘data-delay’ attribute, but it would be nice to be able to use it for the other kt-animations.
